Very good battery so far, i have went around 3 miles on my e bike 226lbs and at times pushing my son on his bike another 100lbs up hill. Normally on the same trail with another battery "same 5 pin battery type" it would loose one of the 5 bars on bike didplay. Got back from ride this battery did not even loose 1 bar yet.

it was a bumpy purchase and delivery from the start, but once I had it all hooked up and on the road I wasn't mad any more. Shipping was slow but the product is as it was described and handles my 1000w motor just fine. I need another one I just hope the seller isn't mad.

Arrived on time and well boxed. It looks good the charger seems cheap but will know more later after a few charges. The battery has some weight to it and appears to be good quality for now. I have yet to put the battery in my RadWagon but will come back and update my findings. The instructions look like a nice booklet but they don't tell you much . I bought this battery as for the cost comparison to the one that is offered by the Bike maker which was over $400. I'm not a long range rider so around 10-15 miles will work out ok for me. I will drop back after a few weeks and update my findings and how it is holding up.

It works correctly as far as I can tell, I bought 48v 13ah although I didn't test capacity. I will update if it fails or if I find something wrong with it.I bought one of these a few years ago (unit pack power, although different amazon seller I think).It lost most of its capacity after an accident/crazy pothole a few months ago. After that, I took it apart and the cells near the back were damaged/low voltage. This makes me think it broke from hitting the seatpost, see the first picture. It is thin there. So I recommend making sure there is no contact other than the bottom mounting spot, that is thicker and it can probably handle shocks better there.

Bought the 48v 13ah battery on xmas 2 years ago for an ebike conversion kit that I didn't get to use until the following spring/summer. Worked great. But by the following summer was only holding 2/3 charge. Filed a complaint, seller said I had to ship it back to them for testing (at my expense), I said no way, I guess I'll suck it up. This year, the battery's holding less than 1/3 charge. For the price of the battery I would expect it to be better quality. I contacted seller again to see if they'd help. 1st I got an automatic response saying seller was not longer we Amazon, so I called Amazon, they said I'm put of luck, try the manufacturer, did that, they said contact the seller. Manufacturer helped me contact seller who, after a couple days and attempts said I'm out of luck too. Buyer beware, cheap product and very poor customer service (out of Asia, so expect odd hours, if they even respond).

Fit with no mods

This battery was a God send I thought it would have been way more but the price of this is what sold me and I'm glad I got! It came fast easy to install and will be getting another next time I need it.

The battery works as expected, and it's extremely helpful to be able to take the battery with me so it doesn't get stolen. The seller was extremely helpful! Fedex lost my package the first time and they replaced the battery quickly and graciously. I will be a returning customer for sure.
