Excellent conversion kit
Pros:- All the power you should need. I live in a very hilly area and only need to pedal to assist the motor up the very steepest hill (it's a struggle to walk up that one and would be unsafe to sled down).- As simple as a kit like this can get. There are a lot of things that need to be done to safely convert a bike, and I can't think of any step that wasn't already as simple as possible.- Excellent display and controller. Does everything I want, viewable in direct sunlight.- Insanely cheap. For me it was cheaper to buy this kit, a battery, and a bike (if I didn't have one already) than a much lower-spec e-bike premade.- Good build quality. None of the parts feel fragile, and I'm not worried about them failing prematurely.Cons:- Had to widen the dropout on my bike to fit the motor. The rear dropout on my bike was 135mm wide, and I had to widen it to 150mm to fit the wheel. Fortunately my frame is steel, so a few minutes pulling the forks apart (and then re-straightening the dropouts) did the trick.

1000 watt ebiike DIY kit
Came exactly as described battery bag and controller bag both have no holes in them for the wires to pass through so I had to use my stuff from the previous kit...that however was the only issues I had motor works great as well as the display and the brakes..everything responds as it should and went for a ten mile ride 7had no issues at all. Install is very straight forward and easy to do top speed is about 30 mph and has great power for the hills..Al, in all ...if you have your controller bag from a previous kit then you'll be all set....great seller

Inexpensive (comparatively) ebike conversion kit
The ebike conversion kit was received and had all of the needed parts included. HOWEVER, the instruction manual is not clear on which way to mount the electric wheel on the front fork, as it can mounted either way if you are not worried about the chain drive. Using the idea that the chain sprocket mounts on the right side of the wheel when on the rear, then when the wheel is mounted on the front with sprocket mount (but no sprocket) on the right side, one would expect the wheel to rotate in the proper direction. IT DID NOT! Had I put the wheel on the rear, the bike would have tried to go backwards! Contacting the manufacturer on the technical support email did not yield a response back regarding if there is a setting to solve this issue. If there is a setup problem, it is not clear. I sent the question in on 6/17/2023 and as of 6/21/2023, there has been no response. Very unsatisfactory.

Nice that it's all in the package, just add battery
Put this kit on a cheap Vevor adult tricycle. Takes a bit of mechanical know-how to get it to work but you have all the parts to do it except a battery kit. A few tips I found the hard way:1) as another reviewer noted, the instructions are terrible and don't tell you which direction to install the front wheel kit. As you lay the wheel assembly flat with the wire cable sticking up and the word Pexmor visible, the hub will spin clockwise, so that's the right-hand (starboard) side.2) The kit comes with a torque arm assembly that looks horribly tacky, depends on a thin hose clamp to hold the end of the arm; but I noticed that the hole in the washer end of the kit happened to line up with one on my fork--all I had to do was drill it out slightly and put a bolt in it. Just watch the clearance to the screws in the main hub!3) Someone else pointed out that the throttle was touchy, and they're right. No easy fix, either, maybe somebody has tried a better twist throttle? Reprogramming the throttle ramp in the controller is beyond us ordinary mortals. It is possible to get away from a stop sign at a sane rate but you must have a delicate touch. Someone else said theirs would do burnouts but mine won't on asphalt, just loose dirt.4) I'm thinking I bought too big a battery--I've got 15 miles on the first charge and the battery meter still reads full. I got a 48V20AH LIPO, I think a 10AH battery would still be overkill.5) Instructions again: they say long-press the speed-up button to turn on the headlight BUT DON'T TRY IT! I was standing next to the trike and it nearly ran me over when I did that. The light just comes on when you power the system up with the "M" button.

Great kit!
Now my ebike has the power it should have had to start with!

Didn’t survive past 1k miles
Developed a lot of scary rattle after about 1k miles, had to throw it away - unlike typical planetary gear hub this one is basically just one giant electric motor. I have second one ( bought two ) that seems to be on the way out too after even less mileage. One of controllers burned out after 100 miles .Overall , cheap , heavy , easy to install but reliability is not there .

Good product, usually, but when something goes wrong, support is a little tough.
I've purchased this product a few times and everything has been great, however the last one purchased had a bad throttle. The display tells me that with an error 8 code. I had a throttle from one of the previous kits and tried that and everything worked fine. This makes it clear that the throttle is bad. But clearly the agent at Kirmex that I am interfacing with is not reading my messages. They ask for video and offer to accept a return of the whole works. You might think that it's fair enough that they offer a return. But if you properly install and manage the wires of one of these kits, it takes a few hours. So the idea of dismantling it and returning it is insane with just a bad throttle. Eventually, the customer service agent seems to have read my messages and understood that the throttle was bad and agreed to send me a new throttle. Fair enough. The product is generally so good and especially so good at the price, that I gave it a 5 star rating in spite of the initial difficulty getting a good throttle sent to me. I've used this kit on 5 or 6 trikes to convert them and the motor is peppy, the display is nice and the accessories are contemporary and nicer than in an average kit.

The rear Axle is to long for the frame...
I put the rear tire into my 26" Mountain bike by force. Then, the bearings didn't move freely. So, be... These wheels do Not exactly fit. I am thinking about going back to the peddle wheel. I never did finish, I was so disgusted.
