I have read that when it comes to melatonin, less is more. I use just a few drops of this product at night, and it puts me right to sleep. The taste isn't anything great, but it's also not terrible and it fades from your mouth quickly so you don't keep tasting it.

This is the good stuff! However, the cap can be tricky. Used it for years. Think it’s the best-despite the cap struggle.

I don't fill to suggested line to avoid running out fast. I'm constantly reordering it. Taste needs time getting used to. Originally bought at whole foods but they don't carry in the store anymore.

Decades ago I took melatonin and had such vivid dreams that I felt like my sleep was not restful. I mean I really did not take melatonin for DECADES because I was scared of it. I am an insomniac. The problem I have is I cannot fall asleep I will just toss and turn and it is miserable. Even if I am exhausted I just can't fall asleep.So I have been taking another sleep aid which I love, but it does take an hour or more to kick in. I somehow came across this and everyone said within 1/2 hour boom sleepy time. So I decided to try it. It works fabulously! The taste (to me) is great, and I can just decide ok I want to go to bed and take this. I am a bit obsessed. The only downside is that it is expensive (to me) $11 for 23 doses. My other sleep aid is 220 doses for $10. So the price is a lot but this stuff works!

While I find the melatonin very effective, the bottle cap however is not. It is new (I've been using this brand for a long time). I am not satisfied with the cap safety feature. It makes it way too hard to open the bottle. This bottle is not arthritis friendly. It's not any body friendly for that matter. Please consider changing this cap it is practically rendering the product useless. I will not be buying (I order monthly) anymore from this company until those hard to remove caps are gone!
