I had loved this laminator but the first time I really had to do a lot of lamination, it jams and it unsalvagable. Used the provided laminated sheets, it was hot enough and I held the paper straight to keep it on track. It jammed and the ABS release didn’t fix it. I really liked it before this but unfortunately it’s now broken. Seems like this is better for the occasional lamination and not frequent use.Updated: after a previous three Star, the company reached out to me. I was able to unjam and fix it - still works. Back to five stars!

Really enjoy this laminator, I haven't had any issues with it to date. The paper cutter works well, I tried out only one of the extra cuts it can do and it worked as expected.

I was excited to find this laminator after my old one of 5 years conked out on me. Excited because it had a paper cutter on top with a ruler and corner cutter. (I have both a laminator and a separate paper cutting board as you see in elementary schools, it's great! I *thought* I wanted an all-in-one to save space, but I am glad I did not get rid of my paper cutter!) My excitement faded once I could set it up and try it out. The cutter leaves jagged edges on the cutline, nothing smooth about it; no matter how hard you try to use the button you need to hold it down as you slide. It could be more intuitive, and the instructions are limited if there are any. The paper cutter leaves rough edges, nothing smooth about it. It's lighter than air, so it's easy to move around the room where you're using it, but by far, not the best bang for your buck. You're better off purchasing the clunky industrial strength ones from Sam's or Costco - at least they feel like they're worth the money. I"m sad I missed my return window as it took me a while to get it out of the box before my time limit (We travel the whole month of February on mission, so I missed it!) otherwise, I would return this in a minute! Save your money and look for something more substantial and maybe a name brand. Not sure what to do with the thing - anyone want it?

We purchased this machine on Sept 10, 2024 and it broke at the end of January 2025. It is out of the return window. Was working great, until it wasn't. When plugged in, the machine powers on but never warms up and the green light never shows. We have tried several outlets (although as mentioned, it turns on) and we tried the troubleshooting suggestions online. We are using the correct sized laminating sheets and the side botton is on HOT.This machine is useless to us now as the laminating sheet comes out cold and does not seal. We did not purchase the extended warranty. We have yet to find any other suggestions and will be forced to throw this away if we do not hear back from customer service. For this reason, we suggest you research another brand of laminator and not purchase this one.***Follow Up: Customer service did reach out fairly quickly and we did get a full refund for the non-working item. We added a couple of stars because, when the laminator was working, it was working great and we loved the cutting features and the cute corner cutter attached to the bottom of the machine. However, we cannot recommend this product since it never started working again.***Follow Up 3/17/25 In addition to the full refund, customer service did sent a new laminator. This one seems to be working great so far. We'll keep our fingers crossed!
