Easy set up and looks very professional!
Great item, this has a very streamlined and professional look to it and works well. It definitely helps make our small business look more serious and bectaken more seriously by customers. Prior to this we were cash only or used a little pod hanging off the bottom of our phone. Lol now we are a real store! Seriously though, looks cool, works flawlessly and was easy to get set up. If everything worked this well I could just go fishing and let my kids run my business!

It has a nice coding reference manual which is the only reason I'm ...
Not user friendly at all (at least on my machine. I installed windows 8 just to use it and also tried to use it on my linux machine). Have to physically unplug and re-plug the device into my computer every time I need to try and use it. I tried to have it read a card and depending on the orientation it gave me 4 different values for the serial number. It has a nice coding reference manual which is the only reason I'm not giving it one star.

Typical trash, a piece of plastic.Absolutely not working - Decorations for the table.Company support does not respond to customer problems.Never buy FONGWAH devices .Absolute robbery !!!
