Like all products from Toscano, this crocodile swamp beast does not disappoint. The details are amazing as are the realistic colours. It isn't as heavy as it looks either. Looks absolutely smashing set amongst pond plants in a natural setting or even in your border as a cat deterrent.

Arrived quicker than expected. Well packaged and qood quality. Replaced our old Mr Snap! Really pleased and would purchase from this company again.

my croc is great ,very life like .definatly would reccomend.

He is fantastic and quite big, sometimes my cats sit on his head and he gets grumpy.

I have this in my snake pit to help with shedding of my snakes…. They love it to bits, well chuffed with it

I love my little alligator! He arrived quickly and in perfect condition. He was totally an impulse purchase, but worth every penny. He pared perfectly with some Nasturtium and Creeping Jenny to create a little swamp scene off my patio. I moved a potted tree to give him some shade as I’m in SE Louisiana and afternoon sun is brutal. I sprayed him with Rustoleum Clear Enamel in hope that it’ll preserve his color. It also gave him a little gloss which looks lovely in the filtered sun.He’s pretty light weight although unlikely to go flying unless hurricane strength winds. Size wise- he’s approximately the same length as my 50 pound Labrador mix (~3.5 ft). If you are debating whether he’s worth it, buy him. I paid about $75 which is $50 cheaper than getting it directly through T.D.

Ich bin ein Krokodilvernatiker.Es sieht sehr detailreich aus und könnte von weitem in hohen Gras schon mal mit einem echten Krokodil verwechselt werden.Es hat auch ein gutes Gewicht, damit es im Garten liegen bleibt, wo es hingehört. Es ist auch witterungsbeständig.Lediglich im Winter wurde die Figur mit ins Haus genommen.Jedoch ist der Preis ziemlich hoch. Ich würde mir noch eins bestellen, aber keines Falls für diesen hohen Preis.

we have made an area out back of our house... shells sands the works. to the right of the bigger area we made a smaller one and this is where we put the 2 alligators. You can zoom in on the photos to see the color better etc. The alligators are greenish grayish... but not far off real alligator color sometimes. Some are a blackish with yellow hues and others a greenish gray etc. Someone who gave a one star says they are gator colors... well.... my husband grew up near swamp areas in Florida and dealt with alligators much of his life. If this person was expect a bright green or something well...that just doesn't happen in real life. Because some have said the paint can chip off 5 mo down the road we purchase some SunGuard (for resin and other things so perhaps that will stop future paint problems)...we love these figures. For the person who said the head was so out of line with the body... wellllllll...yeah...but remember too the tail is wrapped to the side ... so yeah it is a bit bigger but... still do not think it looks as bad as what was being said. look for yourself...and decide. we are very pleased with the overall look and after searching quite a few places we found this to be the best deal and the best looking for our purposes. We are pleased. AOh a shipping was fast...it is extremely well packed. If there is any damage...it sure had to be rouged around during shipping. It is inside styrofoam...securely... taped in with styrofoam top and bottom. Then placed in a box that fits exactly. Then into a second box with brown paper along the sides. Very 04pleased.Added -03/04/20 Was going to purchase another BUT in 2 months went from $63.99 to $106 I don't think so!!!! Shame on them for this kind of hike up in price!! Phoeey i can do without it. Added 10/29/2020: we have moved and so has our 2 alligators.. they now protect our little bridge... it is almost a year we have had it with no problems, fading or chipping.
