After a full month of using my Atom Pro 2 hearing aids, I'm confident they were worth every penny. The sound quality has stayed clear all the time, letting me hear conversations I was missing before. The four hearing modes is practical nd battery lifes are impressive, last all day on a single charge. The UV cleaning feature in the case gives me peace of mind about hygiene, it does make me feel better. They stay comfortable even after long time wearing, and their design is so discreet that most folks don't notice them. For anyone who is hesitating because of the price being affordable, don't, these perform just as good as options that cost thousands more.

This was my first foray into hearing aids, have moderate loss in left ear and, due to multiple ear drum repairs and heavy scar tissue, I can barely hear anything from my right, though my audiology reports show only mild loss.These made communication in noisy environments so much better for me. I could actually hear what waiters were saying and talk to family during meals. Wore them while on vacation at an amusement park and they were truly awesome. I could actually hear what was going on around me. They really are so small and truly invisible when you have them in. I used the charging case and while wearing them 12-14 hours a day I didn’t have to recharge the case for the whole week. That’s the good.I returned these because I found that as the days went on I was fiddling with them constantly, the settings, while good, didn’t provide enough adjustability for me to be able to set it and forget it, and in quiet environments they amplified EVERYTHING and the noise cancellation was echo-y with a lot of reverb. And while not noticeable in noisy loud environments in a quiet house I found myself not wanting to wear them at all. I tried every setting and volume combo but was just not able to find what worked well overall.Still giving these 4 stars. They just didn’t work for me but as a proof of concept I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Simple, invisible and really helped, but for me the cons outweighed the pros. I ultimately went another route but if you are thinking about are thinking about a set, give these a try.

These worked great, and the sound quality was exceptional. I loved everything about them, unfortunately my ear canal openings are very small and prevented them from remaining secure in my ear during strenuous activity. The customer support at Audien is great, they fully understood my problem, and authorized the return with no problem. A few moments after I had gotten off the phone, the young lady I had spoken to called back to offer to swap the Atom Pro 2s even up for the Audien IONs, which have a significant price difference. Great people, great products, and great service.
