Excellent Value
The bed was incredibly well wrapped and every part was intact. Putting it together was well explained and easy to follow although it took me longer than expected, mainly because I was so careful that I h ad followed the instructions so carefully. When it was built, it looked fantastic, sturdy and strong. The instructions said that the ottoman might be hard to put down on completion, I had to contact the distributor who was very helpful and immediately sent me a U Tube address. It lasted less than 60 seconds, but when I tried the way they advised, it closed immediately without much effort. The bed looks incredible.

This arrived in two boxes, one of which was extremely heavy. I called for help to take it upstairs for me - not a negative comment, just a warning.Well-packed; all pieces, fittings, etc present including all the tools needed to construct the bed. These were packed very neatly inside the zipped headboard. Smart idea!Clear assembly instructions, easy to follow. They say that this should be put together by two people and will take about 90 minutes. I'm a 69 yr old woman and I put it together by myself (even got the hydraulic bits right!) - took me about 3 1/2 hours, mainly because I had to stop now and then because I have a bad back or I might have completed it more quickly.The most difficult thing to do in my opinion was to attach the fabric underside to the velcro on the frame!Probably not a project for a flat-pack newbie - however it was at least ten times better than many pieces of furniture I have fought to put together!I now have a supremely comfortable good looking bedframe, but be warned as above .. it's quite heavy both in the box and after assembly, and not something you'd be moving about every week.

Excellent product and customer care
Delivered on time and well packaged.Bed is really sturdy and I am really happy with it.We had a problem folding the bed down. Got in touch with supplier who responded immediately and sent us a link to video. Turns out no problem at all we just weren’t doing it right!Great product and great customer service.

Review on mattress
The bed came around a week ago and I've had a great experience with it so far. No faults and I've had some of the best sleep I've had in a long time. Definitely a product I would recommended to family and friends, It came with no faults and quick.

The bed ripped and the hydraulic broke within 2 months
The bed ripped, the hydraulic system broke, and I could not even push it down or even get it up. This happened within 2 months of purchasing this bed. I wouldn't recommend buying this bed for anyone
