Not sure about quality control
First time I took these I opened the bottle to find an empty capsule. Haven’t taken them for long enough to comment on the effectiveness of them though.

Great product for me
Great product for me ...I've been taking 1 a day and mobility easies and also helps to take the pain off to a level I can manage I do notice the difference in my mobility if I don't take it

Best for restful sleep
Been taking other brand Magnesium Glycinate for a while but not noticing any difference to my sleep pattern. However, since taking these I'm now getting a full 7-8 hours and fully rested. Will be buying more.
