Okay, at first, I was going to return these. I got something else from what I thought I was getting.First, I thought I was getting two pairs, be clear that it is two pieces, not two pairs. Second, I thought that there was some sort of support pad insert. No. Just a simple compression slip on. And I already wear compression socks.Decided to put them on and try them out anyway, knowing that I was going to send back. It's been about a week, glad that I did try them. My walking has CHANGED for the BETTER. Pain significantly reduced, which makes sleeping at night so much better. I also feel like I am getting feeling back in my feet as well. Somehow, someway, this is also helping with my balancing when I walk. This has truly helped me get and stay mobile. Extremely grateful. All this for ten bucks. Just might get another set. Very grateful that I took the chance, and I think you will too.

There is no “size” to order. My size 7 narrow foot was too small for product to be effective. Didn’t fit snug enough to help with plantar fasciitis.

Ouch. I have pretty slim feet. And I woke up and they had cut off my dang circulation I need arch support while running, but I figured I’d slip them on for the night. See how my feet feel cause the top of my foot has been a little painful since my half marathon I will definitely not be running in these or using these at night.

These work. For the first time in a week, I’ve been comfortable. I have flat feet and after being on my feet all day at work they hurt. I’ve been struggling for a couple of weeks with arch pain and I wore these today and they worked. I didn’t have any pain. What an easy fix.
