I have been using this on and off for 6 months or so. It still provides good support for my dodgy knee when I need it.This support has made a big difference for me, although with my particular knee problem I only wear it when the knee is painful and it helps to reduce the pain and help me walk with less discomfort.I know people have commented on the measurements to get the size right. I followed the instructions on the product page and it's a very good fit for me.

Appears very robust and supportive. Has stout side supports and a gel knee cap which has plenty of cushioning. Nothing cheap about this product. The size I received (Large) proved too small - so returned and XL size ordered. I am confident about the quality of this product.

This is a nice product but the large is more like a medium it’s ok if wearing shorts but you can’t wear under items.

Relieved to find a knee brace that actually fitted my leg.I found it actually quite hard to find a knee support that actually catered for people with thick muscular legs. Being of a stocky build the majority of supports available wouldn't even fit my arms.Then you come across the seller who advertised knee braces for fat legs !! I bet they do a roaring trade 🙄These braces are really comfortable and offer actually quite effective pain relief.The reason for giving less stars is the fact it doesn't remain in place. Within a short space of time it starts to slip down the leg whilst wearing under trousers ( ending up as an expensive ankle warmer).If used as a support during sporting activities you'd be wearing shorts generally which would allow easy adjustment.But unfortunately as a brace whilst working it was was short lived relief. Unless your going to be dropping your trousers all day.As I mentioned earlier whilst in place it did offer support and relief, however it never remained in place so ended up being ineffective.Thinking about it after purchase anything worn like this would slip down because your quads contract and flex continuously.Maybe I'll try sport tape to secure in place.

These are my second purchases of these knee supports .The previous ones were a few years old and were slipping on the knees.The new ones do not slip and give my worn out knees very good support.Delivery was next day.

It is not a reliable support. After wearing it around the house on day 1 I went out walking an old dog slowly on day 2. It slid down past my knee in less than 2000 steps. Photo shows where it ended up when I got home. I do not have a knee cap on my shin! Sizing ordered was correct: ordered XL for 20 inch thigh, 5 inches above knee cap. If anything it should have been a tight fit as 20 inches is close to the end of the size range for XL.Day 3, same thing happened again. I do not see how the support works for any active pastime or sport.It fits and is comfortable if you do not move much so application is limited.The marketing looks great but the reality is different. Useless. I will be seeking a refund.I suppose it is possible I have a faulty sample but having bought 2 of these I am not going to open the second box. It is going back.
