WOW!! This stuff REALLY works!! For the first two days I only took one and but even on day 2 noticed my Abdominal bloat go down and feeling happier- a messed up gut messes with your mind/mood big time! I was trying to give this product a chance. I took it for two weeks as directed. I started feeling really bloated. My energies level went down, and I almost was filling with no desire to do anything. I quit taking it and within a couple of days, I started feeling better again. I guess this product wasn’t for me. Make sure you read reviews as this product has not been FDA approved
