Bought size smaller as advised by other reviewers.Fit is just right very comfortable no rubbing. Doesn't ride up or slip down, helps me to walk much further without stopping to rest knee. On a four mile walk it didn't feel hot and it was about 22c.Knee feels very stable when i wear it. Very happy!!

it does the job only drawback is that it leaves a mark on your leg after a few hours

Very fast delivery and good communication from the seller. Item is well made and I had no issues with it but returned as it appeared it is not what I am looking for. These type of products are very unique so no way of predicting if will work or not until tired on.

I want to be fair to this item, so it's not a wholly negative review.Pros: It is extremely well made!!! It's woven very well, and the padding and boning makes it feel professional and supportive. The colour is great and I was excited to use it.Cons: The knee support did not stay up and kept slipping down to my ankle and didn't offer protection all the time. This is surprising as it did have a rubber anti-slip band around the thigh. I measured my thigh properly and I came in the middle of the XL range so XL was the obvious choice. But it didn't feel very tight and this became evident when walking with it, it just kept slipping off my knee cap and then eventually down.Would I recommend this item? YES but if you go smaller than your leg actually measures.

Does what it said it would

Side of my knee giving me some pain when I put this on it felt like it was giving me some lateral support to that area ! When you have a pain in one knee you start adjusting your movements as so not to cause pain in it but by doing so you place more stress on other parts of your body like hip or other knee ! Trying to walk more normally with the aid of this leg sock will help as you will not put so much strain on other ligaments!With it for that alone ! When it arrived I was expecting some straps to tighten! But it doesn’t have that !The downside is after a few days wear the top band was making me itch ! I persisted and seems to have done the trick!

I have a bakers cyst. This has been a life saver offering me adequate support and protection whilst working as a plumbing and heating engineer. The gel ring around the knee cap is fantastic and I'm impressed that the support doesn't slip down at all during the day.
