Hot - Tasty - Long lasting.
Why did you choose this product over others?:If you like a green and red curry - these are much better than the use once jars that you get in the supermaket - and are also very spicy. I find I can leave them in the fridge opened without issue for months. Just add coconut milk and meat & veggies of choice. Yum.

The best Thai pastes I’ve ever used, I had purchased them before from the shops.Great flavour and smell.I Love the ease of ordering them on Amazon.For 3-4 people Mix a a heaped tablespoon of spoon with coconut cream (thick layer in the can)Let the oil split when cooking then make your Thai curry.Add more if you want for an extra bit of spice and heatVersatile as I Use to make Thai curry and laksa.Seal the bag and keep in the fridge it will last for months.

spicey but not too much
Why did you choose this product over others?:nice balance of heat from chillies and ginger with some umame depth. Good that its not got MSG. When I smeared it on my plums, however, there was a touch of sting but didnt overide the tingling sensation. Very pleasant but left Fernandos satin sheets looking like a hamster had been slaughtered but, oh how we laughed. Will definately buy again

Superb, authentic, delicious
Very tasty. Both superb, with many portions. For the same spice level, the red isn’t as salty as the green.Took a while to arrive, but it was a bank holiday weekend, and travelling to Shetland

These are lovely, but they are authentic Thai so if you don't handle spice well, don't use too much, but by far my favourite brand. Last forever in the fridge. Makes amazing curry in no time.
