Easy assembly for non-carpenters
These brackets allow people with little to no carpentry experience to build a quality table or workbench in any size you want. You need only buy the lumber and cut the 2x4's to fit your needs. It requires only straight cuts. I had never handled a saw before, but I was able to build this workbench for my garage in my first attempt. I opted for a 2x8 workbench, and the people at Home Depot were able to cut the 4x8 foot piece of plywood I selected in half to make to make a shelf and tabletop. My only complaint is that the assembly instructions only use pictures for the step-by-step process. I made a rookie mistake and thought I could use 2 foot and 8 foot pieces of 2x4's. After I assembled the frame, I realized I forgot to compensate for the size of the brackets and had to trim my lumber to adjust. Written instructions and/or warnings with the pictures might have helped me avoid this. Still, I'm pleased with the finished product.

Trading Hardware Expense to save time and guesswork!
Goal - To have a worktop / work bench where I can tackle larger projects and not be on the floor with the track saw.Yes I work a pocket hole jig, clamps, and all sorts of other junk... to be frank.. I could have built the workbench without these brackets. What I saved was the hours of double checking for squareness etc as these brackets you just mock up and screw up.I built mine based on calculating the width to be able to store a sander, jointer, shopvac, tool boxes etc on the width. The benchtop is laminating two pieces of 3/4" ply getting to 1.5" thick. The bottom shelf is just el cheapo 1/2" ply (lots of ugly in that wood but who cares its a shelf!)Measure however your bench needs to be - I had specific needs as to why I did what I did your milage may vary! Also for those who made have read a negative review about the dimensions of this bracket... 2x4 dimensional lumber ISNT exactly 2x4... actual dimensions are appx 1.5"x3.5".. so whatever 2x4 you get at the blue or orange box store.. it'll fit in this bracket. Just make sure you get the straightest no warp beams and you should be good to go.Finally please for the love of g*d dont use a regular drill - if you dont own an impact.. its time to get one.. for this build an impact driver will be a godsend =)Great set of hardware Easy to mock and lock in all in all good value!

Easy, strong, awesome!
Once in a while something comes along and amazes you. This product caught my attention and I thought I would give it a try and I was wowed by it! The simplicity and strength take this over the top awesome. I built a work table with hundreds of pounds a equipment on it in about an hour that is sturdy to the max. I would love to add a downfall to balance this review but I just can't think of any. Great job for making this kit truly spectacular!

Kit instructions have perfect dimensions. Metal joints accept 2x4s perfectly
Kit instructions are awesome. Adjusted cdimensions for 24” wide bench down to 18” wide bench perfectly. Home Depot made all cuts perfectly. All I had to do was assemble. Phillip head Screws are worthless. I used 1-1/8 “ torx screws. Cut notches in plywood on lower shelf and added two additional legs. Will buy this kit again next time I need a work bench.

Buy it! You won't regret it.
Excellent product. Heavy Duty, and makes a solid bench. I was so impressed by how my bench project turned out that I made two additional purchases. Very strong. I optimized my bench builds by adding locking swivel wheels, & painting bench. I built it 8' L, 24" D, 42" H.

Nice quality product
The design is solid, fits into 2x4 quite well, I used it for a small 2'x4' bench, which can be used for table saw or miter saw for my DIY projects, just for fun. I like its quality, tough and no play at all. The only thing I don't like is the screw that comes with it, uses Philips insteads of Hex, the price at this range, I expected to offer the best they could deliver.
