Great buy
For the money this is a great set. My son put it together and it looks just like his Lego sets. Instructions don’t seem to be as clear as Lego but he put it together without trouble.

Adult friendly challenge
All in all not bad. I work in a primary care office and while it's not exactly in a hospital, I thought it would make a cute piece of flair for my desk.As an adult who just likes to make stuff, I enjoyed this build! It was challenging compared to standard name brand sets. Pieces are compatible with Lego and overall well made. The larger flat plate style parts had a bit of warping, but once everything was together it wasn't an issue. Trust the process and it will work. I did have to dissemble and redo a few spots but one was definitely on me and the other was easily adapted to make it solid. I did not experience any difficulty with pieces not fitting and I did not find any pieces to be missing. I'd recommend this as more of a display piece than a build you will "play" with. I appreciate that lights are included but opted to leave them out for now.

AWFUL!
This is the WORST set. Spend the extra money and get the Legos brand. The way the instructions say to build it make no sense because you build a pretty big part and it wants you to attach it to what’s already been build. But you have to press down to align the pieces and when you do, the whole thing crumbles down!! The pieces don’t align properly even next to each other. I’ve tried doing this 4 times now. See pictures.

Nice looking hospital set
I like to try the off brands for variety of unique pieces and this one looks nice and realistic when done. There were no stickers in this set only printed pieces, directions were clear and no missing pieces. There is no back, it is open. There are several accessories, no people. It does come with a string of led lights that you can string through.Only con is that the floor plates that are held together with the black buttons don't seem to be enough support and can be frustrating staying together as you are working on each floor, but I just added a couple spare parts I had for extra bracing and carried on. Over all I'd recommend, it's pretty cool looking.

Unstable yet enjoyable aside from frustration with inability to properly combine the floors together
Overall it was a decent set, however, I spent about an hour trying to fix this issue that the 1st and 2nd level would not piece together as there are several pieces beneath it that aren't very sturdy and the bases pieces aren't entirely flat. Even though it was frustrating to waste an hour trying to find a way to correct the issue I could have lived with that. Instead it's impossible to fix and extremely frustrating. Several other parts are unstable and fall apart frequently, such as the beds. I have completed many sets before this so I do have a lot of experience and despite that am quite bummed out I cannot fix it so that it won't easily fall apart.
