Great for lower back pain and plantar fasciitis
They work well, the harder balls are wonderful for my back pain and foot pan. The longer one is a bit softer than the two balls are, but the firmness helps when I need to roll or use pressure on certain points to alleviate pain in my lower back or massage my feet it eases some pain from plantar fasciitis.

One's too hard on'e too soft
The peanut is essentially deflated. There is a valve which looks like you can add air, but would need an adapter.The ball is rock solid, so very painful to use except o the feet.So as the title suggests, one's too hard and the other too soft.

Easy
Very easy to use while just sitting watching TV. Firm & durable. I was recommended this type of thing to help reduce plantar facilitis symptoms. Too soon to tell if it really works but my foot feels better already.

The plastic used is very hard and unyielding. The peanut and the ball do exactly what I expected.
