This water fountain and company definitely deserve this 5 star rating!!First I’m going to talk about the customer service since that is something that is definitely lacking with most companies lately. This company went above and beyond in my opinion! After I received this fountain, I got a message from the company asking if I had any questions and actually OFFERED to send me an extra pump as a back up. No strings attached!! That’s pretty unusual these days! ESP since that’s why we’ve had to replace fountains we’ve liked in the past…. The pump dies and I just try a different brand. So a week later I received the extra pump with no hassle or problems and they even checked in to make sure I received it. I can barely get a response from most companies these days if I have any sort of problem let alone have a company take the initiative to head off any future problems and send an extra pump free of charge! That definitely earned points in my book.Now for the fountain…which I really love as well. We have several kitties and have gone through MANY water fountain’s over the years. This one is by far the best one!! It’s super easy to clean which is a huge factor for me since I clean it at least every week. If you don’t already know, ALL water fountains will develop a pinkish film/slime if the water sits too long and it gets on everything that the water touches. This is why taking apart any fountain and pump to clean regularly is important. If you don’t get every bit of that slime/film out when you clean, the slime comes back even quicker. So easy to clean is critical for me. Other fountains we’ve gotten have had the sink type nozzle that the water comes out of to mimic our sink spout. While it’s a great feature that a lot of cats love, you HAVE to clean inside that nozzle. Yucky stuff will build up inside of it that just running water through or a quick run through with a skinny bristle brush does NOT remove it!This fountain has 2 flexible plastic spouts which you can easily clean and see inside of. They give you 2 options. Ones creates a bubbler type of fountain and the other creates like a drinking fountain kind of spout. My cats love both. The pump parts are super easy to clean and take apart and put back together. The pump even allows for water flow adjustments inside and that’s not a common feature. The only thing that is difficult to get out is the spinning piece inside the pump and every fountain has the exact same piece. (Just like an aquarium pump). I use a butter knife to get it out since fingers can’t grasp it.They give you 2 filters for the pump (but I dont use them). I feel like the filter materials that come with any fountain just gather slime quicker, and we have a water filter attached to our sink so the water is already filtered….but that’s just my opinion with them. These filters do seem a much better quality than other ones we’ve gotten with other fountains. The pump is SUPER quiet. I did a video. It’s way more quiet than any of the others we’ve had in the past. I haven’t found any cons with this one so far and Ive had it for months already. The stainless steel feels sturdy and not flimsy at all but it’s still feels light, which is awesome. It also has a light inside the bowl and a window to monitor water level which I didn’t think was that big of a deal but I do find it super convenient now not having to lift the top to check water levels all the time. Between the awesome quality of the fountain and all the features I like, and the amazing customer service I’ve gotten… I will definitely stick with this company and fountain in the future!

Great fountain, heavy so it won't tip, it's pretty quiet and works well. The stainless steel body is super durable and easy to clean while the viewing window is extremely helpful and lets you maintain the water level easily. Helps keep Kitty's water intake up and makes us all happy

Best pet water fountain. I give it an A + not only for the fountain but also for the Customer Service. I have bought several water fountains for my cats and this is the one they like best. It’s almost completely silent, by far the most quiet pump. You have two options of water flow. It is very easy and quick to clean. There are no difficult nooks, crannies or small elements to clean like with other water fountains. I’ve had no issues with leakage. It is a very durable! The Customer Service team is excellent! When the pump quit working, I emailed customer service explaining the issue and I followed all troubleshooting suggestions as per the instruction manual. I also sent them a screenshot of my purchase from Amazon. They very promptly got back with me stating they would send me a new pump. They provided me the tracking number for the pump and it arrived within a few days.If you’re looking for a pet fountain, this meets all the requirements. Durability, nearly silent, easiness of cleaning and wonderful customer service that is eager to fix any issue promptly.

Easy to assemble and the quality seems fine. It appears that it will be easy to clean with few crevices. Unfortunately, it has started making a hum which wasn't there when I first assembled it and plugged it in. My cat was a bit afraid of it at first but now he is fine with it and drinking like usual.

I would like to say that I, as an unverified or certified cat fountain expert find this fountain to be the best one on the market... How do I know i'm an expert?? It's not my first fountain.. And I have done my due diligence to make sure I never purchase a fountain like the last one I had... so hard to clean, constantly fighting bacteria, and kitty acme... I have seen many fountains for 70 dollars and higher that can't come close to this fountain in quality, This fountain provides Stainless Steel everywhere.. the top has a spout and puddle area, all stainless, It is the easiest fountain to clean ever.. takes less than 1 minute.. Also the reservoir itself is stainless steel. So much Healthier for kitty.. It has an upgraded filter box to hold filters securely.. these filters are more economical., Especially considering other ones out there for so much more... It has a window for viewing water levels, and even a tiny light to see.. Surprisingly this fountain was less than thirty dollars... why would you order anything else?..

We bought our first Orsda cat fountain more than a year ago. Our two cats love the fountain. It's quiet and works so well we bought a second one as a backup and to add more capacity when we are away on vacation.The tools to perform the easy cleaning are thoughtfully included. We wash the fountain and maintain the pump every 1 to 2 weeks and we've never had an issue with the pump. The second fountain has a cool window and a light to easily view the water level. After several months the light stopped working and we reached out to customer service. They were AWESOME! They responded immediately and quickly shipped a replacement part, no questions asked. Thank you!

I don’t ever do reviews and in fact, this is my first one. I am motivated because I just love this water fountain. It does exactly what it is supposed to and encourages our girl to drink more water. It’s easy to put together, easy to clean, aesthetically pleasing and I love the light feature, which makes it easy to check the waterline. My sister-in-law has been using one for some time and I’m so glad I finally gave it a try.
