The media could not be loaded. The only thing I didn't like is the plastic panels on the doors. They are very thin.

Great product. Thorough instructions. Amazing customer support. Absolutely horrible choice of shipping company. Pilot Freight Services is one of the worst freight shippers I have ever dealt with. Delivery gets delayed with no notification multiple times. When delivery is attempted there is not call or email like they say they will do. Driver showed up to location, never got out of truck, turned around and left. Had to call their dispatch to get them to turn around again. The send one person with a pallet jack so good luck if you have dirt or gravel. Packaging was not secured in truck and was damaged on delivery. Thankfully the product itself was fine. Took about 12 hours to assemble with one person. All in all it’s a great product, but I will not be ordering anything that ships through Pilot Freight ever again.

Built this with one other person in 10 or so hours. Really great instructions and installation design. It's set up in a way that you can't do it incorrectly and the pieces fit together well.Doors slide well. Screens are high quality. No leaks even during a major storm.
