Full strengthening exercise for fingers and hands
This is a nice set of tools for strengthening your hands and fingers through the various exercises that you can accomplish with this kit. The pieces are fairly simple but are made with quality. I really like the dial on the hand squeezer, which makes it easy to adjust the tension and it's easy to track your strength gains based on the setting. I'm very happy with this set based on the quality, price and options to strengthen my hands.

Used it sparsely and it looks good. It was cheap, so I was a little apprehensive when I bought it but now that I have used it for some time, I can say that it's a good product.

Items as described, feel sturdy but no instructions
Items as described. They look and feel like will hold up with youth. I wouldn't have anybody that's a hardcore physical fitness person use this. But for a pre senior losing strength in your hands this is something you can do. My major issue is that there are absolutely no instructions at all on the QR code links to this, the review page
