So just to start, read the product details on the bottle and all will be fine. It does clearly say to mix until it is dissolved and it will dissolve completely. There is ALWAYS information that people ignore and then I see complaints that are not necessary.This saved me from daily issues I couldn’t shake. I enjoy it in my coffee and use two to three does in the AM. I ALSO drink a good 8-12 oz of water in between each coffee/dose so it gives the fiber a push through my system and you need to stay hydrated while using any fiber product.My favorite things about this,NO taste/flavorNO gritty taste at allThings I don’t like,When I run out of it 😉

I was a little nervous because some reviews said it was gritty but that has not been my experience at all. I also like this better than the original metamucil because it doesn't become thick if you don't drink it fast enough. I mix this into my coffee in the morning and don't notice a change in taste or texture.

Like others said, it does dissolve REALLY WELL. There's no taste or chunks, and has no smell. Give it time to mix, shake it up, and it will be CLEAR. Even with 2 doses/servings in a 16oz water bottle, it results in crystal clear. It definitely satisfies my underconsumption of fiber. Price is worth it, there's a lot in here.

Seems to be effective, but causes a lot of gas. The orange Metamucil doesn’t have the same side effect. I suspect the sweetener may be the cause.

As someone who is chronically constipated, this is a great supplement to take regularly. It increased my bowel movement frequency just enough. Not the same as milk of magnesia, but that’s not what I wanted anyway.Taste is great, since there is no taste.

Probably helps but I do not feel a huge difference on my toilet activities. I probably got used to the other varieties that would clump quickly right after having contact with water. This one does not, so it feels like you aren't drinking much, take it as good or bad.

This is incredible. I have not had my gallbladder for approximately a year and had regularity issues. Absolutely was the missing step in my routine. Dissolves into just about anything and is texture less and tasteless.

Actually I put this in my dogs food once a day, to help with digestive issues, vet recommended! It works! Half tablespoon once daily!
