WOODBRIDGE 72" x 35-3/8" Whirlpool Water Jetted and Air Bubble Freestanding Heated Soaking Combination Bathtub with LED control panel,Matte Black drain and overflow,BM-400

This tub is pretty awesome overall. I've had it almost a year now and it seems to be working great. My wife says it takes some getting used to as, for her it's a bit slippery and awkward getting out of it. When we installed it there was a cracked flange on the drain tube. Nothing at the local box stores would fit so I had to put the install on hold. Contacted the company and within 5 days I had a whole new drain. Finished the install and found water puddling from underneath it. Thinking the drain was leaking I Pulled it back up and found that it actually had a loose fitting on one of the pipes. I made sure all connections were tight and now it's perfect. (I would recommend checking to ensure everything is tight before installing it. Over all we are pleased with the tub. It's great for soaking and relaxing, with or without the jets or bubbles. The heater is pretty awesome as well, we don't have to add hot water to keep it hot. The lights are a nice touch. I found customer support to be fantastic, which means everything to me. I would have rated 1-2 stars lower for all the hassle, but customer support made that up and then some. Thank you Woodbridge for that. I also have a Woodbridge bidet that we love.

The media could not be loaded. Very pretty and elegant I love but a year ago but bathroom just done , we see the manual but it’s not said it’s have 3 separated electric cords that need a individual outlet and we just found out after the bathroom walls was done and they are teles , but not only that one of the powder cords it’s extremely short, it’s not reaching the outlet i tried a electric cords just to try if the tub was a list working but it’s not stay on i couldn’t even used after i dreamed about for a entire year and a half . I’m very frustrated .They should mention about the 3 powers cords and the model number it’s not even included in this manual , mine it’s was a complete different number.

This BATHTUB! I cannot express how much we enjoyed it. The jet features make a very relaxing bath and its looks upscale without breaking the banks. definetly one of the best Amazon purchases.

Great value, we were looking for a freestanding "jacuzzi" and didn't want the bulkiness and traditional look. We installed BJ400 and have no complaints. Looks beautiful in the space. Very easy to install and the support team at Woodbridge is amazing. We had a small issue and was able to resolve it immediately.
