The delivery package was excellent, despite it took 4 people to deliver to the garage and then left the owner to unpack, take to pieces and carry upstairs the house. But it was easy to disassemble into 5 operational parts and easy to carry upstairs and then reassemble in position upstairs the house. It rolls very easily and super mobile with stabilizers to each of four wheels. The style is excellent like a professional hospital bed with all the same facilities. I would have liked the mattress tp be a little sifter but using an air filled cushion on the supplied mattress we were able to accommodate the supplied mattress that folds in phase with bed movements and allows the air bed cushion to soften the comfort. Really excellent value and delivered by quickly and to schedule. Really nice sellers.

They WILL bring it in and put in the room for you!3. This is HEAVY! I did it alone because I had no one who was willing to help.4. Wear Shoes. Hahaha!5. I cleared the whole room beforehand.6. You NEED scissors, a garbage bag for the foam and zip ties.7. Bed has to be FLIPPED over TWICE!8. Bed is FLIPPED 1st to put on to topside to attach wheels if needed.9. Bed is FLIPPED 2nd to put on right side to use.10. DON'T ADD RAILS until bed is flipped 2nd time. Don't get impatient!11. DON'T forget to order a Cushioned Foam Mattress Topper. I ordered a twin XL and trimmed it to fit whole mattress!12. Order extra sheets. You're gonna need them.13. Wheels DO lock if needed! Bed is easy to move.14. This was a simple bed to put together and set up. It is heavy, but not “piano” heavy. Maybe heavy duty is what I’m looking for! Sturdy, easy to operate. This replaced one that didn’t raise up and down- so this is a huge convenience!

This bed is of poor quality, the motor is noisy, and it is very difficult to use. The accessories are not complete, and the after-sales service attitude is perfunctory. It is not worth the price at all. I am very disappointed!

We purchased this bed for my mom and it exceeded our expectations. Absolutely great. It comes completely assembled except for head and footboard, railings and caster. Easy to assemble and the sit up position is excellent and it rises amazingly to great height to tend to her needs. Definitely recommend this purchase.

My wife was put on in home hospice recently and the bed they gave us to use at home is from the 1950’s. After having issues with the loaner bed, i decided to buy a new one for my wife to make her as comfortable as possible in her last days. This bed shipped quickly and 95% of it was already assembled. Simple attach the wheels, headboard and footboard and remove it from the box and it’s ready. The side rails are really helpful. The 5 position controls is really a game Changer. Operate head up and down, feet up and down, head and feet together up and down, raise the entire bed in its current position up and down and tilt the bed head down feet up or feet down and head up in a single plane. This does it all and makes it safe and easy to bathe, change and reposition my wife when needed. The added IV pole can be positioned on the lh or rh side of the head. I also purchased a drive inflatable mattress for bed sore prevention for her and that also works great with this bed. Very pleased with everything on this bed so far and we have been using it for almost a month now. Well worth the money to keep a loved one comfortable and also to help the caregiver take care of them to. Recommend
