Fleischmann's Instant Dry Yeast Vacuum Pack (1 Lb) (Package may vary)

The yeast arrived in good shape, with the vacuum seal intact. Got the bag open easily and immediately made some bread! The bread turned out great. The yeast worked, no issues. This was the best value available when we bought. Our local stores are all totally sold out. And I saw other sellers selling the little 3 pack for $10. For a whole pound, this was a great value for $10 and should last a year in the freezer. I was nervous about buying yeast online but now I have no regrets!

I had no idea what to expect from this yeast. What I got was absolutely beautiful bread that rose just as it should have. I used the exact amount of this ACTIVE dry yeast as I would have with my INSTANT dry yeast. Only difference is I put this yeast straight into my flour and followed my recipe. No need to proof before mixing. I will buy this again when I need more. After opening the package I put this yeast package in a plastic bag then in another and placed in refrigerator for storage.Oh, and as another reviewer mentioned this is package being "hard as a brick" well it is but that's only because it is vacuum packed. The yeast is fine.

I first picked up on this product during the pandemic, when store shelves were empty. Our first pack lasted over a year, with careful storage (double bagged in the freezer). Now that the stores are stocked, I still rely on this product's quality and durability.

Fleishmans is what I grew up on. I remember the fragrance of fresh bread. Never a failed recipe. Glad I found it in the pound size. there is a difference in yeast. I say try it, you'll like it.

Good yeast for breads and anything else you bake.

Got this back in April when it was double the price but it's worth every penny since we couldn't find them at any supermarkets. Two months later I still have more than half left when I am making bread, pizza almost everyday! Put a small portion in the freezer and the rest in a plastic container in the refrigerator and it's worked beautifully every time! Glad to see the price back to normal now!

Good Quality ! Better than the three package deal from the grocery stores.(Even though it is the same brand)Yeast became the Toilet paper of food items for some reason. That is why I bought this product.I will buy it again better deal then buying 3 to 6 packs.I put the yeast in a glass jar after opening to keep it fresh. Hopefully it will last awhile in the container.I make indian NAAN roughly 2 or three times every two weeks or so,This package will probably last me all year OR until the next MEDIA Plague shows it face.Google 2009 H1N1 Virus 60.8 million people got it , No Media death count then Aye??
