Love this brand and item….only one I’ve found remotely close to risotto and easy!

It was a weird, goopy texture, it tasted like plastic, and it was so bad that I only had one bite and threw it away. My husband tried a small bite too and felt exactly the same way.Seriously the worst microwave meal I’ve ever had in my life.

Used this for a burger potato casserole I had gotten off of Pinterest and it turned out great!

I'm a die-hard Knorr food fan. The single-serve Knorr Rice Cup 3-Cheese Mushroom Risotto tasted okay (but mostly of mushroom, only a bit of parmesan) so it was overpriced as far as I'm concerned (nearly $3 a single-serve cup; at least it's cheaper at Amazon than in grocery stores but you have to buy a case!). Knorr Rice Sides Mushroom Flavor Rice and Pasta Blend gives you 2.5 servings for way less money. If you have a 700watt microwave, you'll need to cook this for 4-1/2 minutes instead of the label's directions of 2-1/2 minutes to get the creaminess you want with a risotto. I WON'T BE BUYING THIS AGAIN (I'll stick with the Knorr mushroom side I usually buy).

I buy this for our school food pantry. The children can fix them by themselves. They love the taste.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These are just not good. Made per instructions and let it sit for a while so it would thicken up. Still, not very tasteful and has a strange texture to it. I only ate about half of one cup before I just threw it out. Will not be buying these again
