Do not buy. My granddaughter only had this for 3 months, and both zippers broke. They will not refund or replace the item. Complete waste of money.

The appearance on the backpack seems very cheaply made, as soon as I opened my package there were a lot of stings sticking out the backpack. All the straps weren’t even connected as if the backpack wasn’t finished being made and they were rushing to send it. The zipper part was closed and there was an opening already in the middle so that doesn’t work. I give my kid two weeks with it before it tears apart 😕 not worth the price and waiting time honestly.

Cute and designed nicely but does not hold much weight. The stitches on the top started coming lose. After three months we had to get a replacement. The zipper on the lunch bag came off after a month. I wouldn't recommend for everyday use like my daughter had for school.

My niece loved her new backpack. The color is very cute. The quality is great, and it’s exactly like the description overall satisfied with the project.

Backpack ripped within 2 weeks of use. Daughter thought it was adorable and was so excited but very upset it ripped right away.
