Absolutely fantastic item, was dubious because it was such a good price, but have not been left disappointed.Very powerful and 30 different settings, not to mention variety of attachments.We tend to find the ball attachment works great for most needs, I do a lot of high intensity training for fitness races and it has supported me through muscle soreness and general tweaks and provides great relief!Holds battery really well, just generally really happy with my purchase and would recommend highly!

To God be the glory!Powerful with a great selection of acessories to suit different parts of the body such as the knees, legs, the plantar all under the arch of the foot and between the achillies heel and ankle where flat horizontal massagers for the feet do not usually reach.Relying on other people for a foot massage can now be a thing of the past sas far as i am concerned. There are massagers for almost everything.The lowest vibrations ae to strong for the shoulders because of the strong vibrations but it may suit others. A neck and shoulder massager may compliment it but this bit of kit can get to areas that many non-hand held massagers cannot and it is not heavy nor does it feel flimsy. Those with seriously weak joints may hum and harr about that Just purchase so durability not tested. Very strong and effective massage and accessories not harsh but get into the nooks and crannies. Itgets into the hips, quite therapeutic. No heat r detail on heat found. Says not to use if heart probles, osteoperosis, mestruating, weaing a pacemaker, pregnqnt or those wearing medical devices. Read the bookle carefully before useGreat for families. The manual says not to leave children unsuprovised with it.One can use it on the other on the back end but if not, reach if you ca twist. I would not use it with a headache due to intensed vibration.
