Great product, easy to work with
I am using this to repair the chips and scrapes on my Gambler hull. It works great. It has a putty consistency and sands easily.

paint doesn't fully match
So the product as a whole works very well, I had to gelcoat chips that I was able to repair very easily on my Gheenoe LT25. Only complaint is that the color matching part doesn't fully match the red on my boat, even when following directions.

Makes Operational Again
I ordered the fiberglass repair kit to fix some cracks and gouges on my sailboats. After applying a small amount, I was able to make the boat operational again.

No yellow
Color options are horrible. It came with blue, red, and brown. I was trying to make a yellow and a yellowish-beige color, both of which are impossible with the colors provided. I got a different kit that comes with blue, red, yellow, white, and black, and that is working much better.

Fades and yellows within months
The mixing and repairing was easy enough, I was even able to match my gel coat color quite closely. But within 2 months the color of all the patches faded from UV exposure into an unsightly yellow that stands out against the rest of the boat’s finish in a very ugly way. Now I have to search for a better matching, longer lasting gel coat/paint and redo the repairs.
