Heating takes a while because of the large tank size. But heats upto a high temperature & so the water inside can also be utilised after turning the unit off.

Good product after buying fixing service will be canceled buy service provider after give complaint on Amazon costumer service no response. I pay Rs 600 to fixing the water heater this very very bad service from orient electric.Please don't buy this product

It's good product and lightweight nice design. No issues as of now.. it's been more than two weeks

Product seems to be good but the service person who installed it is rude and did not check that it got tripped due to no water in the tank. When a complaint s raised to resolve the issue or replace the product Orient took some time but finally resolved it through his service man. Orient should improve its services faster.

Awesome gyser..it will take less than minute to warm water., storage capacity will keep water warm more than 5 hrs. It's hardly take 2 minutes time for auto cut and will use hot water for langer.Good and safe packing by amazoneThanks orient

The quality of welding of inlet and outlet pipes are not up to the mark. Workmanship and quality control need improvements definitely. When a common man can identify these defects how it got missed by the entire team, do not have confidence that it would last longer.The heater is working now and expecting it to last for 2-3 years.

Terrible Product & Even Worse Customer Service – A Complete DisasterI purchased an Orient geyser on 24th May from Amazon, and it has been nothing short of a disaster. Right after installation, the unit started leaking through the pipes—a clear manufacturing or quality issue.Since then, I’ve been chasing Orient’s customer service for over a month with zero resolution. They keep promising that a technician will visit “within 24 hours,” but not a single person has turned up to even inspect the problem.I’ve made countless calls to their customer service, and each time they’ve handed me a different technician’s contact number. Every time I called these so-called technicians, they denied working with Orient—an absolutely unbelievable level of disorganization.I even escalated the issue to their manager three times, who only gave empty promises of call-backs and urgent resolutions, none of which were ever fulfilled. Their managerial team is as ineffective as their front-line support.When I asked for an exchange or refund, I was told that neither is possible due to company policy. To make matters worse, the Amazon return window has now passed, so I’m completely stuck with a faulty product and no support.Through this entire ordeal, I’ve lost money, wasted hours of my time, and drained my energy and patience trying to get this resolved. The mental and emotional frustration this company has caused is beyond words.Orient not only sells defective products but backs them with one of the worst customer support systems I’ve ever encountered. There’s absolutely no accountability or resolution, and they just keep giving you the runaround.Avoid this brand at all costs.
