I love this chair. It is super soft and comfortable. It has a metal cup holder at the base of each arm. The material is very plush. It reclines nicely and the remote control is very easy to use. Assembly only took about 20 minutes, but you may need a bit of help lifting the heavy pieces. Mine is a brownish, grayish color. I love sitting in it every chance I get. The size is bigger than some recliners, but not excessively big. Anyone who orders this chair will not be disappointed. The price is amazing for such comfort and style. It is functional and practical. For all of these reasons I highly recommend it. See image.

My mother love this chair, after ordering over 3 chairs she finally love this chair . My mother is 84 years old and she loves that she can sit in her chair drink her tea and place cup in cup holder on one side and her water on the other side charge her phone get her body massaged and get lifted out her chair when she needs to get up.

Great chair, I had a hip replacement, and it was a perfect fit. After a few weeks of use my heat and vibrations went out, at the time I was only using the heat. Customer service team made a significant effort to resolve the issue. but the chair ultimately failed us. I am happy to say that they are replacing the item. I am very excited to say I only have a few more months to sleep in it. thank you!

It's a very nice chair, especially for the heat mode and the vibrating mode is absolute bonus. It is very comfortable.It has side pockets which is very nice

The weight capacity is 350, not 450. I weigh 360, and the chair responds appropriately with creaks and groans after only a week’s worth of use. The cushions lack their original form after a week. Overall, the features offered are pretty cool. I just wish that when you give up your hard earned cash, you can rely on the product to perform as expected.

Best purchase of my life. Hubby had spine surgery and this chair drastically helped him to heal, to get get up to have peace .

The worst mistake of buying this recliner, was after 2 weeks the electricity went out that controls the reclining, the stand-up motion, I bought it because I wanted something comfortable after my major surgery and it failed me also sitting in it after a while it very uncomfortable because you feel all the electrical in the sitting area and its been a nightmare to get my refund back
