I have a long-haired cat who constantly struggles with mats, especially around her belly and hind legs. I’ve tried a few other grooming tools in the past, but most either pulled too hard or didn’t do much at all. This dematting tool is on a whole different level—it got out multiple stubborn mats without hurting her or making her squirm.I was able to gently work through thick patches of fur without pulling, and she actually stayed calm the entire time (which NEVER happens during grooming!). The grip is comfortable and makes it easy to maneuver even in tricky spots.If you’ve got a fluffy cat that gets knotted up easily, this is 100% worth it. It saved me a trip to the groomer, and my cat looks and feels so much better!

My cat is half Maine coon but 100% hairy. I have tried several brushes and combs but when I saw this one, I thought I would try again and I’m sure glad I did. I ran it through my cats belly hair and was shocked at what I saw. Unthinkable amounts of hair came out with ease. My cat threw fits because he didn’t like to get his belly brushed but the brush slid through without any pulling so it didn’t hurt him. He bites when he doesn’t like having something done but not hard and at least he was comfortable enough to have this done. Sharp enough to get through his super thick belly hair but not to cut him. Well worth the money and the risk. Definitely recommended

Just ordered this for my Maine Coon cat. He has a lot of fur and thankfully the big comb has been able to manage the loose stuff. I sadly cant review the smaller comb because the package only came with one of the two pieces. Thankfully I got the one I wanted and it has been great to manage his fur.Edit: Update review to 4 stars as company was willing to give a refund. This is a very effective product for managing my cat's fur

I have a Pyrenees. It’s that time of year. I was brushing constantly and just basically grabbing the top coat. Once I got the deshedding brush it was a game changer. She’s still shedding, but it is nothing compared to what it was. It also works on my long haired cat.

Previously, I used a ferminator and was told by a friend-groomer that those actually break the hair and I should get this instead. I will say, this comb is a game changer! I used it once and I could tell an immediate difference. It pulls the loose hair out from the undercoat whereas the ferminator brushes the top. Now that I see the difference, I can definitely tell that the other was breaking the top hairs. This undercoat brush is amazing and I highly recommend.

Omg, this thing works amazing on my huge Maine Coon Cat, she has tons of fur & I honestly can't afford a lions cut at the vet yearly plus at her senior age I don't like putting her thru that. so this item is a great help. It gets tons of fur off her back & sides, can never get her belly or top half but I think 🤔 nothing could, lol scratch. This device works great better than any brush.

I brush my cat most days for a few min and barely get any fur. I used this scary wheat harvester looking brush the first day I got it and soooo much fur came off her. She didn’t LOVE the slight tugging but it didn’t seem to hurt her and the amount of fur that came off will be a relief for her I’m sure. Super effective, slight tug but if you go slower it’s less.
