Beautyful to look at, easy to clean, convenient to store.
Great non stick product if you don’t heat it past mid level temperatures. Don’t try to fry a steak and then cook eggs over easy. It also scratches easily.

Love all my Caraway
I love every piece of Caraway I own - both the regular sized set and the minis. I've used it daily for more than two years now and it's held up beautifully. Barkeepers Friend cleans the bottom of the pans well, and regular dish soap is perfectly adequate for the inside of the pans. NOTHING sticks, the heat retention is fantastic, and it cooks evenly. I haven't experienced any of the chipping or ruin that I have seen others complain of, and it has never been necessary to use anything more than medium heat. I have gifted the same sets to my daughter, and she and her husband love them just as much as I do.

Clean up slick as a whistle
I've bought three Caraway frying pans and a small pot in the past month. The food browns but does not stick. They clean up easily and cook evenly.

Well made and solid
They arrived quickly. They were packed impeccably well and arrived undamaged. I haven’t used them yet, but I need to write a review so I can start my warranty. I’ll update this review later when I’ve had a chance to put them to good use.

Non-Stick…Not really!
I love the look of Caraway pots & pans… Bought them about 9 months ago. They’re great for boiling, simmering, & cooking stews.But, forget making omelets or frying eggs, or making pancakes with a non-stick expectation… it’ll stick 100% of the time, except during the first 5-6 months of use. Again I love the look and I’ll use mine for all the non-sticky circumstances, but I’m changing to a less expensive brand for cooking breakfast so I can simply dispose of after the non-stick quality wears off… my experience is based on working with gas stoves which gets much hotter than electric and probably convection stoves tops. The picture shows the pan after being soaked for 30 mins after making an omelet. Hope this is helpful for those interested in the non-stick quality for mainly making omelets, pancakes & frying eggs.
