So I know that sounds like a bit of an exaggeration with the title but I’m not exaggerating. This is the third unit I’ve bought because I’ve been so impressed. Story behind that is I have severe jaw issues and was considering surgery. I would have lockjaw and extreme clicking noises coming from my mouth. I bought this product just as a shot in the dark and however it alleviated the pressure in my neck it really worked. The reason is the third product is because I ended up giving the last two to my aunt and my cousin. Each one was having a similar issue one with her jaw and one with her neck. My cousin with the neck issue was actually considering getting Cortizone shots before her Quick meet up with me. When I heard about her issue I offered her an ulterior option and gave her mine. Suffice it to say she loved it and I have not received the other unit back lol. Good luck to you guys if you have similar issues and I’d highly recommend this product before you go to any medication.

Used it for 1st time after receiving today. Heat works. Not sure it's worth getting heat vs. heatless. Cord could be longer. Usb connector requires a not included adapter. The "pillow" is stiffer than expected. Time will tell if this works for me.Don't buy for the extra gifts. The posture corrector is completely worthless imo. I tried. A slim 5'10" man requires two people to put this on and adjust. Relieson velcro and pulls apart very quickly. Other so called gifts are also nothing really. I'm now ordering a highly rated 34 dollar posture corrector.

I have had neck problems for 10 years now. Chiropractors, doctors, physical therapists, x-rays, mri’s….. only to find out they know it hurts really bad but it’s not bad enough for surgery (thankfully) and there is nothing more we can do for it. Keep stretching it. Take anti inflammatories. Pain medication to some degree, that I don’t take. But they all recommended a traction device.This is a great product for the price. I am wearing the posture corrector as well. The chiropractor told me that My posture was poor and that I need to try to be more aware of it correct it. The posture corrector is great so far. The heat feels good.It was definitely a little uncomfortable to start with. I also have a lipoma on the back of my neck from where my body has produced a fatty tissue to protect an injury in my spine. It is pressing on it slightly but I think I will adjust.Definitely worth the price

This product will deliver as promised for stretch and support, but not sure on the heating element. When I opened the package, I was surprised that the heater cord was a USB and not a standard power adapter. I will admit that I did not look at the contents of the package in terms of the power adapter because of the typical amp draw for heaters. which should force the adapter to a normal plug type. Be mindful of the heating component if that is your reason for purchasing. If it's not, then the product will meet your requirements.

The product itself works as advertised and right away helped me with neck pain. I wasn't expecting the bonus posture trainer which is something I considered buying in the past but was not sure of, thinking it might just be painful and annoying. Actually, it wasn't. It helped a ton with my posture and pain! I feel likw I bought something from someone thoughtful who actually wants me to feel better.

I really liked this product the few times I was able to use it. Unfortunately the heat stopped working within three uses so it’s just a traction device now and just outside the return window.

Dealing with occipital neuralgia - PT gave me lots of exercises and little stretches to do, they had nothing to offer for traction beyond using pillows and rolled towels. I showed this product to them so maybe it will help more people. It has been a wonder for me, and I'm so glad I got the one WITH heat. The only thing I would change is maybe give a slightly longer power cord, to allow product to be used further away from an outlet.*Edit to say cord is about 4 ft long, and so far has not really been an issue*Otherwise very easy to use, seems sturdy and well-made. It was a little uncomfortable at first probably just due to my neck posture. Now I'm an addict... at least once a day!!!

It definitely helps with stretching and feeling good with the heat
