Love this pillow! I have tried every pillow style ever made! Prior to this, I liked the memory coach style pillow for mech support. However I wanted a better option for where to put my arms without cutting off the blood circulation. This amazing pillow allows me to sleep comfortably on my side and on my back! It really is perfectly aligning my neck, regardless of how I sleep, and alleviates the pressure all other pillows induce. I was surprised by how nicely my head just seemed to float in the right place and nothing pinched or felt heavy in spots. Interestingly, when on my stuffed, it seemed to sign my face in a way that opened my airway for breathing through my nose too! Maybe a coincidence but I’m very happy to enjoy this benefit as well!!

the moment i laid my head on this pillow, it felt like the perfect position that my neck had been craving to be in while asleep. i had been holding onto my old pillow for yeaaarrsss trying to make it work because so many other pillows were uncomfortable to me. i previously used a down pillow. this pillow isn’t too hard or too soft - usually memory foam can be a little too stiff for me but this pillow has soft/comfortable give to it. and my silk queen pillowcase fit perfectly! overall 10/10. i’d wake up with a sore neck sometimes because i literally had to mold my old pillow for the right comfort but this pillow is just.. perfect. :) i had my doubts, but definitely no longer!! great sleep!

I found this Queen size pillow to be an improvement, for me, from the conventional pillow. So, I purchased an additional pillow case in queen size. I removed the cervical pillow case from the Donama Contour Memory Foam Pillow following the directions in the user manual. No instructions are provided for replacing the pillow case. No marking for front or back are on the pillow or pillow case and because of its unusual shape, after removing the pillow case to wash it, and not paying attention and its unusual shape, I couldn't figure which side of the pillow case was front or back. Furthermore, I tried both sides and spent a considerable amount of time trying to return the pillow to its original shape. It was and is impossible for me to cover the Contour Memory Foam, and have it retain the original shape it was in when it arrived.

I've been using the DONAMA Cervical Pillow for a few weeks now, and it's made a noticeable difference in how I sleep. I used to wake up with neck and shoulder pain, but this pillow has really helped reduce that. The memory foam feels super supportive without being too firm, and it molds nicely to my head and neck. I love that it's designed for all sleep positions—I'm mostly a side sleeper, but I shift a lot, and it works great regardless. The contour shape keeps my spine aligned, which I didn’t realize I needed until I felt the difference. The pillowcase it comes with is soft, breathable, and easy to wash, which is a nice bonus. I also appreciate that it doesn’t get too hot during the night like some memory foam pillows do. Overall, I sleep better and wake up feeling more rested—definitely worth the investment!

Yes! Finally a pillow that does as it claims, at least for me. I know everyone is different, but I’m proud to say I’m very happy I ordered this pillow. I suffer from chronic neck cracking along with multiple back issues, so I have been on the search for a pillow that would support my head and spine without leaving me waking to pain. Traditional pillows were either too firm or too fluffy leaving me tossing and turning all night.First night using this pillow, I didn’t wake up to neck and back pain. It did take me a min to get used to the design, but once I did i slept peacefully. I really love that it’s designed to accommodate several sleeping positions, as I’m more of a stomach and side sleeper than a back sleeper. It does have a nice cooling effect, but I found that it lost some it in areas where I laid on the longest. Not a problem, because it cools back down quickly by simply changing positions. I also didn’t notice any harsh chemical smells, and my pillow fluffed up completely within a few minutes after taking it out the plastic. My only wish would be that it came with a traveling bag, so that I could protect it when traveling. Overall, I think this was a great investment for me and plan to order another my husband.

I really wanted this pillow to work for me. It was recommended for me to try from some friends over in my migraine groups who have sworn this helped alleviate a lot of their issues. I have a queen sized bed, so I ordered the queen pillow back in Nov 2024. I'm a small/short person (5'1), so I found the pillow a bit difficult to rest into because my head/shoulder ratio is just small. It felt awkward. I tried it both ways, and gave it a few months thinking I just needed some time. It took me about 2 weeks to adjust, and I thought all was good. Over time though, I noticed my jaw/ neck were throbbing and not doing so well when I would wake up- and it ended up aggravating my TMJ/ cervicogenic headaches/migraines even more. I ended up going back to my older foam pillow due to the fact it wasn't helping the issues I have.It was comfortable! It did keep me in position, provided support and kept me aligned. The cover is also washable and easy to throw in the machine. It was firm and I had no issues with sweating or any of that, but I do think my body type was just a no-go with this, at least for the size I had and how I was positioned within it. I know there are different sizes and i'd try one again if there is any hope it can help with my issues- but that is down the road.
