Bought this so my parents could label a shelving unit that they got. The app was easy to install and was fun to use. The machine is cute and small. But it fits the bigger labels that my parents were wanting so you can see the font. The labels loaded easy and it was easy to figure out. Plus, it was very budget friendly. It fit right back in its box for storage.

I was surprised how easy this was to use right out of the box, the software was easy to figure out without any instructions, and there are lots of options, even in the free version to do nearly everything I wanted it to do.

The alignment is never right—labels print off-center every time. The thermal paper quality is cheap, fading within days.

i really love how easy it is to label with the app for this printer and that it does not need ink... tho i gave 4 stars only because sometimes the label will come out a little faded or uneven printing on some labels. other then that i really love how convenient it is... wish you didnt need to subscribe to use the little extra premade label designs but im ok with just the simplicity of my labels... battery life is good for what i need and its very small compact design is great.

This little printer is the bees knees! It prints very well every time. In the box it comes tighly and safely packed along with a charging cord. The charge lasts for a really long time! The app is a little difficult to use, however it does work well for my needs. The app does have paid content, I believe that is a little ridiculous. The app is available for Apple and Android. One good thing about the app is that labels can be printed in bulk. The labels are not universal so you have to use Niimbot labels only, that can be a pain if you want to add a creative touch to your labels. I do like this printer so much that I found myself labeling everything in the house after the first few times of using it for my business. It is affordable and it is overall a good product--so good that I bought additional ones as gifts! In conclusion, this printer fits my needs and despite a few flaws I do recommend it!
