Absolutely Best Flavor!
I am extremely picky when it comes to taste as I have sensitive taste buds. I also suffer from very bad acid reflux, so most powder mixes do not work well for me. However, this arctic raspberry is delicious and it does not cause me any acid reflux. The size of the packet is perfect for my water container so I take it with me wherever I go. I am now finally getting the hydration I have desperately been needing. And since I am finally getting hydrated, my energy level is finally going up. While it is a tad expensive, the fact that it is helping me get the hydration I need it is worth the money!

Helps my soccer player stay hydrated
I’ve been using Liquid IV for a few months now, and it’s become a go-to hydration booster, especially when I’m feeling a little dehydrated or need an energy pick-me-up. Here’s my review:Taste & Flavor:One of the things that stood out to me immediately was the flavor. I tried the Lemon Lime and Acai Berry flavors, and both are refreshing without being overly sweet or artificial-tasting. They have a nice balance of flavor that makes it easy to drink, which is great for someone like me who struggles to drink enough water on a daily basis. The flavor isn’t too overpowering, and it mixes well with water, leaving no aftertaste.Hydration & Effectiveness:As for hydration, Liquid IV definitely does what it promises. The Hydration Multiplier contains a mix of electrolytes (like sodium, potassium, and magnesium) and is designed to deliver more water and nutrients into your bloodstream faster than water alone. I noticed an improvement in my energy levels and felt more hydrated throughout the day after using it. It’s especially helpful after a workout or when I’ve been out in the sun for too long.I’ve also used it when I’ve had a bit of a headache or when I’m feeling sluggish, and it really helps rehydrate and get me back to feeling normal. It’s great for those days when I don’t have time to sit down and drink a lot of water but still need a solid hydration boost.Convenience:The individual packets are super convenient—just tear open, mix with water, and you’re good to go. They’re easy to toss into a bag, gym kit, or travel bag, which makes them perfect for on-the-go hydration. I find that it’s especially useful when I’m traveling, as plane air and lack of sleep can leave me feeling dehydrated, and Liquid IV quickly takes care of that.Nutritional Benefits:Aside from just hydration, Liquid IV also contains some vitamins like Vitamin C, B3, B5, B6, and B12, which give it an extra boost of nutrients. I’ve noticed a slight increase in my energy levels, though it’s not as drastic as a caffeine fix, but it’s a subtle and steady pick-me-up that helps me feel more alert without any crash afterward.Sugar Content:One thing to note is that Liquid IV contains about 11 grams of sugar per serving, which is a bit higher than some other hydration drinks or powders on the market. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but if you’re sensitive to sugar or looking for a sugar-free option, this may not be ideal.Drawbacks:The price is another factor to consider—Liquid IV is more expensive than regular sports drinks or electrolyte powders. While it’s effective and convenient, the cost could add up if you’re using it daily, so I tend to reserve it for days when I need that extra hydration boost or when I’m traveling.Final Thoughts:Overall, I’m really impressed with Liquid IV. It’s a great way to rehydrate quickly and efficiently, especially if you’re on the go or need to recover after exercise. The flavors are enjoyable, and the added electrolytes and vitamins provide an extra health benefit. While it’s a bit pricier and contains some sugar, the convenience and effectiveness make it worth the investment, especially for those who need hydration support in their daily routine. If you struggle to stay hydrated, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!

Love these!
I am diabetic (genetic both parents) and also very active. I drink these to keep my blood sugars up when doing active things, because obviously I have to take meds. Flavors in order of favorites, cotton candy, pear, mango, and strawberry are all #1’s for me. Golden cherry is ok. Concord grape is also just ok although I would never buy again. Firecracker is the absolute worst flavor. It’s sour. I also should add I’m not a breakfast eater or lunch for that matter so my blood sugar crashes easily when I ride my horse. I love these because I dont have to eat and can stay where I need to be.

Work as expected
This stuff is awesome. I recently moved to a tropical environment & I despise plain water. But hydration is key. These things have saved my behind for staying hydrated while I acclimated to the humidity difference, as well as giving me energy to unload my home in the heat. They work great! Toss it into a bottle, shake it & they dissolve nicely. You can go less or more on the water if you want. I use 16 ounces & I feel that's just about right. Just like they say themselves . Get these when they go insane for a better value, around a $1.08 at the most.

Great for dehydration/constantly feeling thirsty
I bought this because I feel like I have been just so thirsty even after having water. I was looking for something to help me keep hydrated but to put into my water. I’m not huge on flavoring for water so your experience might be different. For me, I felt like I could have got by with a half packet for my 20 oz water. It tastes good and like the firecracker popsicles but just too much flavoring for my taste. My opinion is that the cherry is very prominent and tastes exactly like the Gatorade Frost Glacier Cherry which I like that one. I think my next bottle I’m going to try less of the packet to see if I like it better. It did work amazing for my dehydration feeling and I don’t feel super thirsty right now. I don’t feel tired either which is something I have been struggling with so having energy is a plus. This does contain 3x the electrolytes and has main daily vitamins so I will continue to use liquid iv. I don’t think it’s something that is necessary every day but is nice to drink when you really need it. I gave it 4 stars cause I thought it was a bit overwhelming with the flavor and a bit too sweet for me. A lot of the reviews seem to like the taste and doesn’t think it’s too sweet so I think it depends on your taste and what you like. If you are looking for something to help with dehydration, this stuff is amazing!

Great for POTS
Liquid IV has helped so much with managing my POTS symptoms. Some flavors are definitely better than others. The Arctic Raspberry tastes like the blue raspberry blow pops. One of my new favorites. The Concord Grape is usually what I go for, it tastes a bit like the grapes I used to eat off the vine at my grandparents house growing up. Pretty basic and reliable flavor. The Firecracker is also very good, in my opinion. Definitely a brighter, sweeter flavor. You can really taste the lemon and cherry. The passionfruit I was disappointed by. It does taste similar to passionfruit but I would say it's a lot more musty, almost honeydew-esque. Very sweet, somewhat floral flavor mixed with old shoe that's been sitting in the bottom of the closet for a few years.
