If you are making Chana Masala you need this secret ingredient. Fresh and high quality and game that extra something to my curried chick peas that is usually only found in restaurants. The product was fresh tasting and uniform in its grind. Will buy again for sure.

My husband read something about most store-bought turmeric having coloring added and the issues with some of that coloring. One of the suggestions to avoid it was buying whole. This was a good size to start with as some of the other options I saw were huge quantities that would take us forever to use. It was easy enough to grind in our spice grinder, though I'm glad I sifted it after because I did have a few slightly larger bits that didn't grind as fine and i'm not sure it would dissolve in the food.

A decent substitute for those who cannot have garlic and onions, but DON'T take a big whiff when you open the jar. It smells terrible by itself, so just trust me on this, okay? Otherwise, enjoy!

They’re cumin-y. I didn’t test them for contaminants or anything crazy, so no idea on that front, but they look, smell, and taste like cumin.

Not my favorite basil seeds - there's an aroma when you open the bag. It's not bad, it is distracting though. For my own personal taste, I will not purchase this brand in the future.
