I love this product! It turned an unused plug into a functional and needed outlet! I appreciate the light on the clear part that indicates it's working. The cord is very robust. My only suggestion would be to lengthen the cord a bit. Since it's so robust, it's difficult to bend/move that part of the cord - especially in cold temperatures. However, even with that small issue, I'd buy this again if needed.

I was in a camping site that did not have a 50 amp plug but it had 230 amp plugs. My 50 amp conversion plug has a 30 amp and a one 1020 amp plug so this fit the bill for that you may not run into the same situation, but this worked out fantastic

I bought this, hoping that it would be a solution to my problems, but for some reason, one of the terminals is kind of loose and doesn’t make good connection I will not recommend this to anyone. Maybe I just got a bad one. I’m going to try to exchange.

Using this adapter is very good for splitting power among multiple appliances with moderate power needs. It is much more dependable than using the 20 amp double outlet. Even as a weather resistant outlet, variables in voltage, temperature and moisture in the air can trip the 20 amp breaker randomly. Mine had a cover and still went out without anything plugged into it, and I have a brand new power pole plus a meter with all the RV and trailer outlets on it. Save the hassle and get this adapter, you won't regret it.
