Didn't feel anything but tastes like Ashwagandha
Tastes like Ashwaganda so would be useful for drink flavoring.As far as any supposed effects tried both 10g/day of this powder and 6g/day Eqv. KSM-66 neither did anything noticeable so can't say anything on that.

It works on pain, fatigue and IBS.
Absolutely amazing product, not very pleasant taste very bitter but mixed with a smoothie or coconut milk and hot chocolate it makes it more pleasant. To be honest I dont care how bad it tastes it works. It is supposed to take two weeks to work but from the first dose I felt benefit. I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and back pain, ovarian cysts and fibroids, I have been in continuous pain for years and the pharma meds havent really touched the pain. I also have IBS all of these things started after a back injury a few years ago, I was recently diagnosed with the cysts and fibroids. Since taking this Ashwaganda my pain has gone, completely gone, I have way more energy and a new lease of life. I have tried myriads of supplements that havent really worked. This is a miracle herb for me, please dont stop manufacturing it or increase the price. I will always buy this, thank you mother earth for this wonderful plant.
