good product
This food has good points. The round food floats well, the fish in the ponds do well on it. It is priced well in my opinion, and lasts me a summer.

Container was crushed
I love the product and my fish also love it.The price is reasonable.Problem is when the product arrived the lid on the container was loose from the container, the container was crushed and dented and about 1/4 of the product spilled into the plastic shipping wrap. Resulting in me not receiving the full amount of the product.

Product Container Needs A Redesign
The product arrived in one box with a few other items I had ordered. I opened the box to find the products container lid off and most of the fish food loose and all over the other items in the shipping box! I got most of the food back in it's container, but it was quite the mess. It was not the fault of packaging or shipping, it is the design of the container. The lid does not snap shut and stay on snugly, it pops right off if dropped or knocked about. A resealable bag or a container with a screw on lid would be a better option. I can't attest to the freshness of the food since most of it was dumped during shipping, but the container is not air tight so it's doubtful the food would remain fresh. The food does float, but the fish weren't interested, perhaps due to freshness. I have read other reviews saying their fish liked it, so that's something. I just think the container needs redesigning to avoid future aggravation for other potential buyers.
