So far I love this product, and my cats even more! It’s very simple and easy to install. Once plugged in you see the water falling from the two faucets, perfect for my cats. I can tell they’re drinking significantly more water, since it is filtered and clean, even within the first couple of days of changing from regular bowls to these water fountains. Although meant to work as a water fountain for cats, I find the subtle waterfall sound soothing and relaxing.

I’ve had this water fountain for about a month now and I wanted to wait before making a review. I absolutely LOVE this water fountain. It’s extremely silent, my pets don’t spill the water everywhere and it can be put in the dishwater since it’s stainless steel. I have recommended this to other pet parents because of how good this is. The amount of water it can hold is great too. I have two cats and a yorkie and I only need to refill about once a week (sometimes twice if they’re extra thirsty). Overall, I recommend this product if you’re looking for a water fountain for your pets!

Not gonna lie, I just had a stainless steel bowl that I would clean out every couple days for my cats, so I was worried about changing their water. But, it is easy to assemble, and the cats love it! It holds a LOT of water and truly is quiet. It sounds like the smallest water trickle. Also, customer support is great. If you reach out to them and have any issues with your pump, they will replace it for free.

I've had this over a month now and have changed out the filter, water, cleaned the system, etc. It's very easy to use, runs well, provides clear clean water that my cat loves!My cat has a very sensitive stomach and our previous fountain was prone to holding bacteria, and since we've switched she has had no problems.My bathroom doesn't have any outlets near the floor, so it was tricky to figure out where to place this fountain because of the cord length, but overall I recommend.

My cat loves this waterer. I always use filtered water, same as we drink; it seems to stay clean longer than normal.I find a 12 ounce number to work nicely to add water. If it starts spitting out bubbles, the water level is almost below the pump; time to add water immediately!I use Dawn to clean, please make sure to rinse the waterer well before returning it to service, your cat will not like otherwise!

I like that it is stainless steel and is very easy to clean and to change the filter. One cat regularly drinks from it; the other one is still checking it out. We have only had it a short time. The cats are intrigued by the faucets. The fountain is quiet and easy to keep the water fresh with refills. I don't mind that I can't see the water level from the outside. This is a well-made water fountain with a sleek stainless steel design that holds a good amount of water. The filtration system works well, and I appreciate that it comes with extra filters. It’s also fairly quiet, which is a big plus.Unfortunately, my cat just wasn’t interested in it. I was hoping she’d love having fresh, flowing water, but she still prefers her regular bowl. What can you do? Cats will be cats and some are just picky & that’s okay! She did enjoy playing in it, dunking her paws in.Another downside is that a biofilm layer forms on the bowl pretty quickly, so it really needs to be cleaned daily to keep it fresh just like any other cat water dish/bowl.Overall, it’s a good fountain if your pet enjoys drinking from one and you don’t mind the extra maintenance. Just be prepared for some daily upkeep!
