The media could not be loaded. I like that Daiken (a Taiwanese company) has a specific milligram count (not rounded) on their ingredient list, as well as the necessary certifications and seals I personally look for on all my product labels. I also appreciate that it's a small gelatin capsule compared to the standard "horse pills" the market offers. My only concern is that it comes in a plastic bottle; I prefer glass or steel. Before buying Daiken, I used Igennus Pure & Essential high absorption omega-3 Wild Fish Oil 1360mg—a UK brand. When comparing ingredients and certifications, I found that Daiken's potency ranks in the sweet spot between Igennus and Inessa Wellness Fish Oil—also a UK brand. I will probably rotate between Igennus (UK) and Daiken (TW/R.O.C.) depending on which one has a sale. Both Daiken and Igennus contain small softgels, but unfortunately, both come in plastic bottles.

Smallest size with high Omega-3(DHA and EPA)
My family has been consuming fish oil for six years now, and this brand surpasses any we've ever tried. They're confident enough to provide test reports for their fish oil and its sourcing. While you might find cheaper options, they often contain lower percentages of Omega-3. If you're looking for supplements that truly make a difference and benefit your health, I highly recommend trying this one. Consider doing a body examination after three~six months of use to experience the results firsthand. "Another crucial aspect is that the size of these capsules is perfect for both kids and elders. More Omega-3 than my name brand capsules yet much smaller; pricey
I was very surprised at the very small size of these capsules; they are about half the size of the name brand fish oil 1200 mg capsules; it seems counter intuitive which is perhaps explained in the Amazon listing that notes, “84% concentration Omega-3”. Two of these capsules are listed as containing 1008 mg of total Omega-3 fatty acids compared to 720 mg for my name brand capsules. The individual line items for EPA, DHA and Other are also considerably higher. These capsules are listed on the bottle as being made in China and packed in the USA. The 3 items also noted on the bottle that interest me the most are “Manufactured in an FDA registered facility”, “Manufactured in a GMP facility” (GMP stands for good manufacturing process), and “Purity certified [by] IFOS”, which per the Amazon listing notes, “ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety with thorough mercury elimination”. These are all important to me personally. There is a very slight fish scent to the capsules in the bottle but without any aftertaste or “fish burps”, and they are certainly easier to swallow. However, they are certainly more costly than my current name brand capsules at $0.82 US per 2-capsule serving vs. $0.15 for the same serving size. While there is 40% more Omega-3 in these capsules, they still cost over 5.5 times more; account for the higher ratio of Omega-3 in each capsule, they still cost about 3.7 times my current name brand. A part of the price difference is likely due to this product sold in 60 capsule bottles while my name brand is in a 300-capsule size.Overall, to me this a very good product that I am not ready to pay the significant premium over my current name brand.

Taiwan's BEST! TY Irene Zhang! Love your fish oil! Excellence in a bottle!
To be honest, I was mildly suspicious when I saw all the certifications that this product had. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised! You see, given the well-documented concerns about supplement fraud from certain corners of the world, I took it upon myself to do some serious research on this Taiwan-based brand. I was thoroughly ...impressed!We consumers aren’t unreasonable; we just care about quality. You don’t need my advanced degree in science to recognize that there are a lot of pretentious supplement companies out there. But let me reassure you...this is NOT one of them. For example, this product genuinely carries the KD-Pür registered trademark of the German-based KD Pharma company. Even better, that's a genuine (non-fraudulent) use of the trademark. It's a real collaboration! That alone speaks volumes. I’m really glad I took the time to investigate this company. They have an amazing track record. YES, I’ll be using more of their products in the future. I actually can recommend this with confidence.Got time for more? Meet Irene Zhang! ☺️🙌If you’re someone who appreciates transparency in branding and product certifications, you might want to 'tip your hat' to Irene Zhang. According to my research, she's the Marketing Director at Daiken Biomedical Co., Ltd., responsible for global product marketing and expansion; especially on Amazon. Thanks to her leadership, Daiken proudly showcases this impressive list of certifications:* FDA Registered Facility: This means the manufacturing facility is officially registered with the FDA and is subject to routine inspections to ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). This is a big deal for quality control.* IFOS (International Fish Oil Standards) Purity Certified. This is provided by Nutrasource, a respected Canadian third-party testing organization. It tests purity, potency, and contamination levels in Omega-3 products. Many companies claim purity however, IFOS actually proves it.* Monde Selection Grand Gold Quality Award: Monde Selection is a Belgian organization that assesses product quality. The Grand Gold Award is their highest rating. It was judged by an independent jury and passed with flying colors.* Friend of the Sea Certification: A sustainability certification that helps promote responsible fishing practices. This seal confirms that Daiken sources its fish oil ethically.* GOED Omega-3 Proud Member: GOED (Global Organization for EPA & DHA Omega-3s) is a trade association which seeks to ensure high standards for Omega-3 supplements.Genuine Praise for the product:* Subjectively, I think that I feel positive effects when I take this supplement.* The softgel is small, concentrated, and very easy to swallow.* Solid dose of brain-supporting Omega-3s: 1008mg per serving.* Full-spectrum vitamin E blend, including beta, delta, and gamma tocopherols.* (These details make Daiken stand out; many fish oil supplements skimp on potency, purity, and quality! )Very Minor Concern:* The phone number doesn’t seem to work. Likely a transfer issue, not a sign of intentional non-compliance.* The Dietary Supplement and Nonprescription Drug Consumer Protection Act requires some robust stipulations concerning bottles. (I like them, so I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt. 😉)Who is running the show at Daiken? (this matters if you care what you're putting in your body with each fish oil pill you take)Based on my research, here are some reassuring details:* The co-founder of the company, Lin Tung-Ching, is a pharmacist.* At least two doctors sit on the board of directors: Dr. Hsieh Chun-Hung and Dr. Chen Yan-Ting.* This means that some of the people overseeing your supplement actually have medical and pharmaceutical backgrounds. HUGE point: That’s not something you can say about every supplement company!Final Word!I’m genuinely impressed with this company. They’ve earned respect, and I’ll definitely be buying more of their products. I can recommend this fish oil with some confidence; it’s truly “excellence in a bottle.”Hope this helps! Thanks for reading! 🤗
