As described. Beautiful scent. Only need a tiny amount each time, so very economical. Lovely lather despite hard water and great on my sensitive skin. Good for the environment and no animal cruelty. Highly recommend.

First class soap, beautiful deep scent which leaves the washroom smelling fresh. Much thicker than others I’ve bought previously which is better because it doesn’t surprise guests by squirting out too fast from the soap dispenser. Also means less gets wasted. Amazing value.

Have a septic tank so bought for its benefit. Nice smell, good value for money as it refills the bottle I have. Washes pots/plates just as well as the well known chemical brands. I’d of bought before the septic tank if I’d known it was this good.

We use this all the time at home, I like the subtle lavender scent and the fact that you’re saving a huge amount of plastic. I wash my hands frequently and this is very gentle and doesn’t dry skin out.

Eco brands selling liquid soap is a bit of a misfit for me. As you're basically shipping water around the country by truck. Bar soaps are obviously the best when it comes to eco credentials, especially when most are wrapped in paper not plastic. That said, I do get why people prefer liquid. Especially as I live with one of those people and she is very vocal about this and many other subjects. So lecture over, if you are going to buy liquid soap, and you do care about the environment, this is a great option. It's minimum packaging, as it's a refill for a dispenser, and the packaging is a rigid plastic, so 100% recyclable (unlike those flexible pouch refills). The soap's pretty good too, smells nice, is quite thick and foams well too.

I didn't want us to continue buying the throw away plastic 250ml plastic bottles so bought a good dispenser and 5L of the ecover hand wash. We were using the standard blue stuff bought from most big stores which worked fine but this ecover product is much better not just for the environment but the feel on the hands is also much nicer. It feels smoother and although more expensive we have found that you don't need to use as much to get a good lather on the hands. The lavender smell is quite pleasant as well. So it probably isn't going to cost us much more as we use less for each hand wash, but I feel a lot better that we are not adding to the plastic mountain as much as before: not a 100 percent plasticless solution but a lot better than chucking away 20 smaller bottles. We will look to buy this again - but it won't be for some time as 5L lasts a long time.
