Incredibly delicious

I got this product to put on Kielbasa sausages but usually end up eating it directly from the jar.It's that good.Not spicy or acidic at all. Just a really nice tang and keeps my "system" going.Sometimes I just eat a bowl of this kraut for lunch, no joke.This company has a line of brine that I really like as well. I suffer from GERD and since eating this kraut and brine I no longer have heartburn or any esophageal issues.It's pretty amazing stuff, try it.Update: I ordered four more along with the brine this company sells. When I open a jar of the kraut, I immediately transfer to a glass jar. I then add just a little of the brine. Delicious!

This is an expensive item and when it arrived today, it was already expired by 20 days. It came back as unreturnable when I tried going through the return process so I contacted Amazon. They were very nice and promptly returned my 19.99.I can't speak to the taste as it will be thrown away but I'd also like to mention that it was packaged in a plastic bottle rather than a glass one. I won't purchase this product again.

Loved the flavor and stomach felt great after eating. However, I will probably make my own because of the cost.

Just got my first order today. I just put in one order for $19.99. which I hadassumed was going to be one jar. I was charged only $19.99, but I got 2 jars. They seem small, but they are labeled 16 oz., which is what I expected. They are plastic bottles, which is a disappointment. Each bottle was well wrapped in several layers of thick brown paper, and each bottle was packed in its own box. This turned out to be a good thing, since the plastic seal on one bottle was broken and it was leaking slightly.The brine is very very mild, not as strong or stringent as I expected it to be. The cabbage was simply rough chopped in big thick chunks and not shredded like every other brand of sauerkraut I have ever eaten. Eating this is like eating large chunks of salty raw cabbage. I have some dental issues and had to chew and chew to get this stuff down, not an issue I have with more conventional kinds of sauerkraut.I bought this to eat three times a day for the probiotics. I guess I can cut it up a little finer myself before eating it. I'm skeptical about the probiotic effect, with the brine being so mild,but there are some rave reviews .I will gothrough these two ars and see how I feel then.If they helpwith digestive issues as I hope they will, I'll order more, along with Mason jars to transfer them into. All this plastic waste though! Not good. I ordered some Kimchi,too.

Just received my second shipment. I used to think sauerkraut was the worst…but not this product. It’s delicious. Quick shipping and packaging prevents any possibility of damage during shipping.

I love this product. I added some olive oil and and vinegar to it. It's dry but extremely tasty. Strong garlic which I enjoyed. Will buy again.
