Simple product works as advertised

The items don't contain any backing, so you are up to find your own solution to attaching it your existing keyboard/membrane keyboard or button. For most, you will probably need an Exacto Knife or similar sharp tool to cut off the conductive part and attach it to your existing membrane. The issue is that most configurations have a very limited height spacing and if you installation isn't correct, it will too easily make a connection to the electrical connection pad where the button is making contact with. Given how few and small the items are, it's my belief that this kit is overpriced. Looking online at AliExpress and othersites, puts this type of kit at a fairer price of $5-$8 dollars (US). When handling any of these pieces with your fingers, make sure your hands are clean (throughly washed), so you don't have any oils on your fingers which could contaminate your conductive pads (you could probably use nitrile or similar gloves too that have no residue/powder on them). When replacing the membrane, also clean the electrical contact (usually a copper circle) where the button is contacting with. Use an electronic contact cleaner, or something that is safe and does not leave a residue on the board. The cleaner should not be conductive.I'm giving it one star, because the seller is purposely misrepresenting the size of the actual package. By showing an enlarged picture of the product on Amazon, and not having anything else in the picture to give you an accurate reference to discern its actual size.

These come with no adhesive. You have to buy something else to make them work. There should be many more smaller pads. I couldn’t finish 1 remote with the same size pads. Would advise customers to buy some that come with adhesive.

For what you see in the picture and the quantity you actually receive, it’s a disappointment. The “magnified” photo is 100% misleading.I would not recommend.

Although it has a lot of parts that I would need. It is not exactly what I was like to believe it would be.

The buttons do not have glue on one one side.I expected a peel & stick button.I have to test for the contact side as only one side completes the circuit.No instructions for what glue to use.I would have given no stars but I don't believe that is possible.Don't buy this item
