A fantastic product. Recomended for every one who owns a plot or a garden. Very comfortable to use. Not very noisy and is smooth too. Its a light weight product so that even old people are also comfortable in using it. Thank you. Battery duration is a bit low if you have only one battery. But i have few other products of cordless Black and Decker(blower, pressure washer, drill machine) i am able to use the batteries of those machines, that solves the problem of battery duration

This is a lightweight string trimmer ideal for small domestic use. Battery last around 20mins which is all we can expect from a 2Ah battery and the tiny brushed motor. Buy additional battery for extended use.This has just enough power for lawn trimming and edging, but takes a lot longer to do compared to any petrol powered trimmer. And dont expect to use it to clear thick vegetation. This is expected for such an entry level tool. The string is 1.6mm width and thanks to the auto feed it will eat away so fast that a spool is empty within couple of work. They should have provided an option to disable auto feed and only rely on manual feed considering it is very hard to find quality 1.6mm lines and the difficulty in winding.Overall, this is an decent product. Slightly more power would have been good. Biggest con is the thin 1.6mm line and the auto feed system. Taking a star away for wrongly listing this as a brushless motor.

very good for gardens

I received it two days back. It is light and easy to use. I like the design and shape but the battery, fully charged battery runs for 17 minutes only. Atleast it could have run for 30 minutes. Don't know if battery is available in open market

Pathetic durability. Stopped working within a few use.Battery backup was there only for 10-15 mins. So never used it extensively. Stopped working within no time.

Its exactly what i needed. Easy to assemble, plug and play ( without instructions most may know how to use it immediately).Battery wise, what to expect from a 18v 2a power? 2hrs work? Battery is fine for a morning work, buy some if you try to work for more than 30minutes. The only problem is grasses still grow in rainy seasons 😊

I bought the Black and Decker grass cutter on 30th July. The reel got exhausted by first eeek of September . Waiting for spare reel and the local dealer at Chennai says it will take 15, 20 days more to get spare. Why sell a product if you can’t provide reel. Don’t buy !
