I had never thought of cleaning the washing machine. I always cleaned the filter, and figured that was all i needed to do since i used dishwasher pods to clean my dishes. after I finished to c;ycle I dried it out. when I got to the bottom of the dishwater door I found there was a dark tar like substance under it. I would never have seen it as it is a hidden part of the door. It took 2 cleaner pods to be able to wipe it all out. Now I check under the door and have not had this mess since. Really great product that I would never have thought of using until I saw it while going thru amazon products.

They work well to clean the interior of our stainless steel interior surface dishwasher. Watch out for the suds if your door gasket is loose on the bottom. These are not "suds free" and the bubbles can cause a drip at the bottom corners of the dishwasher. We saw the "leak" that really was suds dripping out, cancelled the cycle and then started again. Apparently there was something on the walls of the dishwasher that reacted to cause the bubbles ???? Anyway, it worked the second time and for the next several times. For us, this will be almost a year's supply, so many more cycles to go.

I used to do baking soda and vinegar. Now that these tablets have come down in price, they are very easy to use and at 83 cents each, about as cheap as the home remedy.I had to do it twice as I hadn't cleaned my washer in awhile, but yea, they truly work.

I love the products by this company. The dishwasher cleaner is a normal sized tablet, same as a dishwasher pod. My dishwasher always sparkles after I use it to clean the dishwasher. It smells great and lasts for a year. It looks like a quality product and the dishwasher dries quickly once used. It gets the gunk out of the dishwasher and I know the DW is clean. I also bought some for my son.

Amazing product! I bought months ago for my son's apartment while staying there as his dishwasher smelled bad after a wash would run. He tried everything except for this.
