This is the best stress and anxiety formula I've ever used, it works so fast and is so effective. Bummer that I had to quit using it because one of the ingredients, dang quai, is estrogen promoting and I can't have any herbs or supplements that do that. Very unfortunate!!

I drink a scoop of this every morning as my hot beverage, not to wake up (I am blessed to be able to do that on my own), but to ameliorate painful damp heat -type inflammation in my gut. It works great for that, and I find the flavor to be pleasant: not bitter at all, but slightly malty and nutty, reminiscent of fenugreek but richer and more complex. It does not prevent my body from responding if I eat something I shouldn't, which I prefer, and I can tell that the reduction in inflammation is allowing a much more rapid recovery than I would likely get otherwise.

It didn't come with a scoop! I don't have a scale to measure 1 gram!

My labradoodle suffers from seizures. She takes this twice a day in her food. This is the best price and is also the easiest way to get the medication rather that driving to my holistic vet and parking and waiting. Rosie hasn't had a seizure in a long time so it is working. Yes I would recommend this.
