I reviewd a Ginger vinigrette as well
Compared to the vinaigrette, which had no savor, this vinaigrette actually has its flavor, and not merely from the salt level which is a bit higher than I would ideally desire.

Vegan With a Little Bite
I personally am not a vegan, and did not notice that this was a vegan product. Not that I won’t be finishing the bottle; However I was looking for the Carrot & Ginger salad dressing that comes with my take out sushi side salad, and unfortunately this is not that.I absolutely love the dressing that comes with my side salad when I order my sushi take home! It’s creamy with some crunchiness (kinda like coleslaw), a little sweet, very slightly tangy almost like 1,000 island dressing, & yet completely different. If you have ever had it you know the very specific taste I am talking about. My local sushi shop has a bad habit of not getting the little cups at least halfway full which is how much I need to just barely spread around on the lettuce. I almost do a happy dance when the cup is almost full to full! (YAY!)Because it was causing me so much joy, & disappointment I decided to act like an adult who controls their own bank account, & end the roller coaster ride by hunting down a bottle for my fridge! This bottle is my 1st attempt as such, and while it is not exactly what I am looking for I will still use the dressing from time to time so as not to waste $, and because it’s not bad per say, & is definitely a change I could enjoy from time to time. At least until used up.The dressing has a little bite to it (kinda like horseradish), & is not creamy at all - most likely because it is a vegan product. It also does not have the slight sweetness to it that I enjoy with the dressing I have been being served with my side salad. Which is nice in contrast to the wasabi I am so fond of, & use heavily with some pieces of sushi! So in the long run I will probably never order again unless I find something in particular that it would pair well with. And I was really disappointed that I missed out on the fact that it is vegan before I ordered it which would have told me it wouldn’t be the creamy dressing I am in search of.In the long run - if you are looking for Carrot & Ginger Dressing with a bit of a bite then by all means give this dressing a try!IF you are looking for a creamy dressing unfortunately you will want to continue your search. All that being said- I DO recommend this dressing to some depending on what you are looking for!&I hope this review is helpful to you!

Not what I expected
There's a thickness not created by carrots with an artificial element that makes this taste very different from a fresh dressing. Definitely not worth the price.

Tasty, light and mild
This is a lovely light dressing that adds flavor and creaminess but doesn't overwhelm the natural fresh flavors in your salad. It makes a nice light dip for carrot sticks, etc. I've also used it as a light sauce for fish. Very delicious and versatile!

Mostly tastes of vinegar
I was really hoping to find an easy replacement to making ginger salad dressing from hand. This tastes a lot of vinegar. I shook it up very good hoping it had just separated but nope. The flavor isn’t BAD but I get very little if any sense of the ginger I’m looking for. More closer to a vinaigrette sauce. Won’t be buying again because it’s not what it advertises…

Light, delicious dressing
My favorite way to use this dressing is on a simple salad. I go to the salad bar and get whatever greens that I like, some red onions, and roasted sweet potatoes I get a roast chicken and cut it up and slice a crispy red apple. Top with this dressing and it is a crowd pleaser every time.
