Phenomenal product. Delicious, high in protein and fiber, so quick and easy to cook. This is a staple food for me.

I don't really eat flour based products anymore. I have tried many noodle replacements and this is by far my favorite.

So yummy, you'd think it was real pasta. Been enjoying this product for years. It's great with any sauce, but I love it with pesto, and the fact that it's Gluten-Free is the best.

The flavor is pleasant and mild, and the noodles are coarse with a spongy texture. I deduct a star because I don't really like the spongy texture (normal noodles are more chewy which I prefer) but otherwise they're good noodles.

We use these noodles as a substitute for regular wheat pasta but not for everything. For a good, long-simmered red sauce with meat balls, traditional wheat pasta is probably better. We notice that we don't feel as full for as long after we eat these noodles compared with regular wheat pasta noodles - which is good. We like that they are a plant-based protein because we like to eat a variety of protein sources.

As a Type I diabetic I am always looking to get more protein into my diet and cut down on carbs. Although I read the online reviews praising this edamame pasta I was still skeptical, but figured I'd give it a try because I knew I could return the rest of the case if it was awful. I will not be returning this product!Other reviewers stated that the pasta has great flavor, and I can confirm. It has a little bit of nuttiness - not overpowering, just enough to add an interesting twist. The dried pasta looks like it was mowed down in my front yard, and I was afraid it would taste like that too. But rest assured that when it is cooked it turns a pleasant shade of green, and doesn't taste like dead grass!My boys weren't wild about this, but said that it was acceptable and that they'd eat it again. I served it with a lemon cream & parmesan sauce, and they like everything spicy, so their review was as much about the lack of spice as it was about the pasta. When cooked per package directions the pasta acquires a very nice al dente quality. I think next time I will mix it with traditional pasta for the guys and see if that gets a better reception!
